Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Easy checkin and room was quite adequate. Breakfasts had plenty of choice with the Asian food particulary good. Pool was excellent although I wish something could be done about the people who claim chairs very early in the morning! Would certainly return!!

Very nice resort with a great staff!
Clean, spacious rooms, very helpul and nice staff, beautiful grounds, great breakfast buffet (free), and relaing pool area.

They upgraded us for free to a HUGE suite with a living room and 2 beds. The pool and resort staff were great. While the breakfast buffet was great, the rest of the food was so-so (including room service and the otheer restaurant). THe only drawback in the room was the REALLY hard beds... but all is forgiven with the rest of the resort. Also close to the beach and other restaurants and bars (where we got cheaper and better food).
All in all, we would recommend this hotel. Great hotel for the money! I should note that most other restaurants throughut Phuket weren't that great... only a few ok places for foodies.
Shopping Tip:
BARGAIN! While the tuk-tuk drivers won't bargain much, most vendors will. I got most of my stuff at half-price.

Thouroughly enjoyed my stay at Gracelands!! They were very friendly and helpful. We lost a credit card in an ATM and the staff were more than happy to help us with retrieving it!!

i feel very comfortable when stay in phuket graceland hotel. the hotel staff are friendly and very polite. the garden was beautiful. u just need to walk 3 mins then u can reach patong beach. very near the beach so good

Savoey seafood restaurant the lobster was very fresh. Try it very delicious.

We returned to Phuket Graceland for the 2nd year in a row. The stay was just as wonderful as the first time. With a quick check in, friendly staff and the ideal location on Patong beach it is always a pleasure to go there. It may become our second home!

Overall I was happy staying at this Resort. Nice Pool. Nice gaming area. a good beach across the beach. Overall nice stay for a good price. Only negative was that the reception staff was not friendly. They kept on reminding you what is chargeable. I was told 3 times that a lost key would cost me THB300.- per key. They didnt allow even 15 mins of extra check out time. Receipt staff was arrogant, otherwise experience was overall good.

Stayed at Gracelands with the family, booked 3 Deluxe type rooms all with balcony's, expectation was that we would be either overlooking greenery or even better, the pool. Unfortunatly all 3 rooms overlooked the car park, where we were woken early each morning by traffic coming and going and the man at the gate with his whistle. Apart from this set back we loved the hotel, the staff and general atmosphere. Good location, not too far to walk into the heart of Patong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you get the chance try the banana pancakes from the lady out the back gate up on the right. Also just out the back gate on the right laundery for 50THB a kilo.

We were already staying at this hotel and decided to extend our booking as it is in a great location. We booked on Agonda because it was alot cheaper. We tried to book through the resort directly but they were double the price. When booking with Agonda we put a comment that we were already staying in room X. They automatically upgraded us to the existing room which was 2 grades higher! Breakfast was what you would expect at a foodcourt in Australia. Nothing to write home about. Room was dated and old. It would have been a five star hotel 10 year ago. Now it is more a 3-4 star. Great location though. You can walk everywhere.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Dont buy anything at the hotel. It is the most expensive place in Thailand to buy stuff in house. They have signs up saying don't bring in food/drinks purchased outside but they dont enforce this often. If they try to you can bribe them very easily with 20 baht! You can bribe everyone in Thailand apart from people at the airport.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Graceland Resort for nine nights. If you're looking for a quiet resort and a more personal touch from your hotel staff I wouldn't recommend staying here. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay but compared to the other resorts we used on our trip, Graceland Resort didn't come close. Apart from the taxi drivers outside the resort, we found the staff to be pretty unfriendly. It's a busy hotel so they're really only interested in cheaking you in and out. The internet isn't that cheap and the buffet dinner prices are pretty expensive by Thai standards, about 650 Baht per person. Drinks at the bar are also pretty expensive. The resort is located at the end of Patong beach and it's a pretty long walk to the other end. The bowling alley is cheap and fun and the pools are nice but over all i don't think it's value for money to stay at Graceland.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Book your tours outside the resort because the resort prices are alot higher than the tour booths outside the resort.
