Swimming pool is great. As it was quiet season we were upgraded to a Grand delux from a superior which is great customer service.
The breakfast is great and the hotel is very clean Hotel is fantastic. It has everything you need. You almost do not need to leave the hotel. The bowling alley is nice. The pools are beautiful and clean. The rooms are also very nice. My friends could not get enough of the breakfast, vast majority of food available. The cocktails are great also. I really recommend this hotel.
The rooms are quite large, some with fantastic rooms. Bathroom is also nice. We dined in the hotel also was very nice. Fast room service is also available A+++. Hotel is right infront of the Ocean. It is also close to many shops. Staff are great also.
Shopping Tip : Be careful shopping. Shop keepers form cartels and try to bump up prices greatly. Remember there are 2 dollar shops in australia with similar things

The hotel is amazing in terms of location, facilities ..etc. however, i have seen the worst staff ever in the reception. My friend was going there last month and he while checking in, he decided to cancel and see some where else because of the staff!! i thought that he was over reacting but i went there, i discovered that he was right. Receiptionists there are so rude and not friendly at all.
the hotel itself is amazing, it's directly on the beach, have two swimming pools, restaurants nearby the hotel, internet shops, laundry ..etc.
you will enjou there if u didn't deal with the staff there.
Restaurant Tip : try the small restaurants on the beach near to the hotel. they serve wonderful food, clean and cheap.

There are 2 swimming pools, and the hotel provides plenty of towels. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Center of Patong night life. The rooms are awful!!! A view of the ocean is impossible, even if you have a balcony. We, I went there with another couple, had to change rooms because the 1st rooms were infested with ants. There were ants walking around on the beds! The new rooms that they moved us to also had ants. However, there were fewer ants than the 1st rooms. Internet service is NOT free in Phuket Graceland hotel. After realizing that the rooms were infested with ants, the staff was unapologetic. They would not even provide us with drinks or Wi-Fi services while they moved us to another room. The staff acted like we were burdening them with such a minor complaint. Yes, ants walking on my bed are ONLY a minor inconvenience. Thank god the ants didn’t walk into our ears while I or my wife was sleeping. During our stay, we had to physically tell the staff to clean our rooms. They never paid any attention to the sign on our doors. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, so buyers beware!!!

Location, Staff, Cleaniless, Breakfast Lift is too small and Smells After our one night Krabi stay, we check in back to PHUKET GRACELAND and this time we were able to upgrade our rooms to a seaview Suite. Compliments from the Hotel. Thank you front staff. I couldn't find any flaw from this hotel except for the lift. The location wise is very good too, it is just opposite the Patong beach,there are many shops around the hotel. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and tidy and the front staff are courteous. If I were to travel Phuket again, it will sure to be PHUKET GRACELAND, highly recommended!!!!

By the Sea , Great Location, Friendly Staff, Clean Room, Reasonable rate The lift is the only Down point. small and Smells bad. I'm a regular traveller to Phuket. I'd tried most of the 4 stars hotels in Patong . Phuket Graceland is my favorite so far. The front staffs are all very polite. Me and my wife celebrating our 9th wedding Annivesary and the room has been decorate in Romantic style. We even have the chance to upgrade our Room to the Suite on our last day there. Not forgetting the Pools with Jacuzzi, FANTASTIC!Perfect Perfect and Perfect. Thanks to the front staff. And in future to Phuket, there is only one hotel I will stay, it is PHUKET GRACELAND!
Hotel Feature Tip : I rented a Car for my entire trip. So there wasn't any problem going from point A to point B. Infact the location is almost the end of Patong, but the area is full of shops , eatery and massage parlours around. Highly recommended!

rooms need to be redecorate your hotel located in one of the most convenient place of phuket island.the hotel gardens are very exotic and relaxing as well as the swimming pool.hotels spa its very good and your buffet was more than satisfied. more over we did not like the suit room. concitering your prices suite room sould be more luxury with new furniture and new bathroom.also we would like to inform you that we find it very defficult to go to our room because of the rain. more over the floor through theways to visit our rooms was very slipy.hope next time the rooms to be redecorate

This was my third stay in Graceland Hotel, Until now i can't find a better place in Phuket to stay in. The hotel offers you the best you can expect from your trip.The Hotel is located steps away from the Beach. Besides, there are two amazing pools with magnificent pool-bar. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Staff are professional and friendly. it should be a 5 stars Hotel actually.
I would recommend this hotel honeymooners, couples and Families.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Small restaurants on the beach side, only a minute from the hotel.

The rooms are big and clear. There is a large garden and a Thai style swimming pool. Very near Patong Beach just cross the road. The bathroom shower were very slow. We booked for a deluxe room and sea views and ended up the manager upgraded our room to Grand Deluxe room.The room was excellent and we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was away from the main part of patong but was easy walk to get to most things. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we go back to Phuket. The only two things that could be improved is for the buffet breakfast to be kept a bit warmer, as there was certainly a great selection of food but sometimes it was not warm enough.And the bathroom shower were very slow.
Restaurant Tip : There are many seafood restaurants near Graceland Hotel.

- a very international tourist destination The accomodation at Phuket Graceland resort was amazing we were luckily upgraded to the mini suit and had views of the pool gardens and could see the beach, the staff were friendly and helpful and security was great aswell. The food was slightly overpriced and so were drinks specially compared to other restraunts and shops around the area. The breakfast which is included in your stay as a wide range of food, from thai dishes, cereals, eggs and bacon, to waffles and bancakes and fruits which was a great plus to the stay. Would definatly stay there again, location was great no need for taxis the beach is a minute walk from your room and the main patong road filled with shops and restruants is at your door step.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Going on a day trip to an island around phuket is a must it dosen't cost much is a great day with snorkeling, scuba diving or just laying on bright white sands on a private island and food is normally included so its a great day trip.

Great pools and rooms were clean and large enough. proximity to the beach and hotspots were great also Food and beveradge were a little pricey for aussie dollar travellers but not too bad. I found the Graceland a very good palce to stay. Close to the beach and main streets but far enough away to feel like you could get away from it all. Service was generally good, breakfast had a good range and the surrounds were fine.
Nightlife Tip : If you want some cheaper drinks and food head across the road to the beach and buy off the local vendors there. beers around 50-60bht compared to 120 bht in the hotel, the locals there were great and very nice.

Central, opposite the beach, clean freindly staff rooms need renovating, not as modern We found the hotel to be very big with many facilities. The location was central to the markets and the beach was just across the road. We had a Christmas eve dinner and concert which was great. The staff were all helpful & friendly. We had a comforable stay and enjoyed our holiday. we will certainly stay at Graceland again.

I can describe this as the best hotel i have stayed in Phuket, i am a frequent traveler to Phuket and i would always stay in this hotel whenever i come here.
The hotel location, Cleanliness, Staff ...etc. are just excellent.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone; Couples, Honey-Mooners, Families ...etc.
