- Great pool area.
- Depending on what you like, a bit out of the main street which I found good. Was fine with a scooter or to use tuk tuks. Is about a 15 minute walk to main drag.
- Breakfast was fantastic.
- Staff helpful.
- Rooms ok but not fantastic.
- Easy to lose where your room actually is amoungst all the buildings with rooms.
- Drink prices at the pool a little expensive. Good hotel. I liked being a little away from the main drag which might not be for everybody. Hired a scooter which made it easy to get around. About a 15 minute walk to the main drag which is no to bad. Breakfast and pool area fantastic. Rooms ok.
Hotel Feature Tip : Pool area is great. Also across the road from the beach.

The hotel grounds were lush and asthetically very pleasing. The pools were gorgeous and provided cool, relaxing comfort in a fantastic setting. The breakfast was sumptuous! Waiters and staff were extremely friendly. Our room was called a "balcony room," but was on the ground floor on the side of the room near the street and pretty noisy the first night. My daughter and I completely enjoyed our stayed at the Graceland Hotel. It was extremely relaxing and, being there in the low season, meant that it didn't feel crowded or that we were fighting for a breakfast table or pool chair. The grounds are lush and tropical. The pools are well designed both asthetically and for cooling off in the water. The waiters and staff were beyond friendly and helpful. It has a great beach view, while across the street from the beach, the access is convenient and there is nothing across the street to block the view. The sky pool has both mountaina and beach views, which are very photo worthy!
Hotel Feature Tip : The sky pool has an amazing beach and mountain view. It is the best for relaxing pool side and feeling that you are in Phuket! Bargain with the "chair guys" on the beach for a better deal than their standard charge!

10 pin bowling. the pools, the rooms not really anything was a weekness The whole hotel was worth going to. it was our first time to phuket and this hotel topped off the holiday. the rooms, staff, meals and activities were all great and if we went again this would be worth going to. good location as well, right on the beach, and within walking distance of all the shops.
Hotel Feature Tip : perfect couples trip if your into relaxing and doing couple things :)

Breakfast. Location. Pools. Resturant and Internet a bit pricey. Stayed here for one night in September. It is a lovely resort. It has awesome swimming areas, and a really good gym, much better than an other resort gyms I have been in.
The breakfast selection was great. From what i could tell tehy pretty much offered any thing you could want for breakfast.
Its also set right across teh road from the beach, so its easy to walk into the madness of Patong, but once you are in the resort grounds you are safe form all the people offering you suits and taxis!
Hotel Feature Tip : The gym here is great, and its right by the pool so you can have a swim to cool off afterwards

the garden, location are good. But frankly, Patong beach is terrible. So even though the location is very good, the result is not good. room condition is unbelievablly terrible. The room seems decorated a centry ago... It is smelly in the room meanwhile the noise of air conditioner is not less than truck engine... Do not like this hotel. Old and ugly inner decoration will dilute your vacation mood dramatically..
Having breakfast is an interesting thing, which is similar as having breakfast in canteen..

excellent pools,
excellent breakfast menu bar prices and food is expensive.
If you don't tip enough, they seem offended.
Too far from Patong centre.
very nice rooms. Ideal for people with up-market taste. We have stayed in several hotels in Thailand and Patong and found that Gracelands just didn't make us feel welcome.
I prefer the smaller Hotels that have a personal touch, but thats just our opinion
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go for a walk and book your tours elsewhere, it will save you a lot

Convenient location, nice pools Lacking attentive services, staff were not interested in answering questions Staff at Check-in, tour desk, restaurant and swimming pool were NOT friendly and helpful. Hotel location is very convenient and room is spacious. Breakfast offers were abundant but lacking quality. It is definitely a self-help hotel cater for big tour groups.
Hotel Feature Tip : This hotel is about 15 mins walk to the night activities area in Patong. Unfriendly staff.

swimming pool well designed in shape.
wonderfull green area in the hotel. the furniture of the roorm needs for renewing very nice hotel with very great location . it has very good sightseeing in combination of the mountains and the ocean and the green areas it performs a wonderfull nature picture .
the hotel is very close to sea shore just crossing the street.
at the back of the hotel the main street of patong peach . you can make shopping for every thing and any thing and also many resturants which presents tasty food especially sea food with a resonable prices.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : green mountains surrounding the sea shore

We enjoyed our stay in Phuket Graceland resort & spa. The hotel is located in Patong beach just infront of the beach. the hotel is surrounded with many services shops like internet shops, travel agencies, laundries .. etc. also, there are some small restaurants near to the hotel that are delivering really tasty food and cheap as well.
The breakfast in the hotel was fine,in general we enjoyed our stay and we didn't have any problem except with the rude staff from the reception while checking in.

Spacious room, room dated but clean and well serviced, good selection at breakfast buffet, friendly staff, right near the beach, good pools and other facilities. Wifi internet (using own laptop) is very flakey, lots of dropouts. Shower drain was very slow leaving shower with 40mm of water in the shower base. The fried eggs were cold. The Phuket Gracelands is value for money accomodation. While the facilities are not new, the level of maintenance appears acceptable. You may be unlucky and get a room with a problem but the odds seems very low. There is food for every taste and nationality in the breakfast buffet. The proximity to the beach is good and you are close enough to the Patong action without being too close.

Swimming pool is great. As it was quiet season we were upgraded to a Grand delux from a superior which is great customer service.
The breakfast is great and the hotel is very clean Hotel is fantastic. It has everything you need. You almost do not need to leave the hotel. The bowling alley is nice. The pools are beautiful and clean. The rooms are also very nice. My friends could not get enough of the breakfast, vast majority of food available. The cocktails are great also. I really recommend this hotel.
The rooms are quite large, some with fantastic rooms. Bathroom is also nice. We dined in the hotel also was very nice. Fast room service is also available A+++. Hotel is right infront of the Ocean. It is also close to many shops. Staff are great also.
Shopping Tip : Be careful shopping. Shop keepers form cartels and try to bump up prices greatly. Remember there are 2 dollar shops in australia with similar things

There are 2 swimming pools, and the hotel provides plenty of towels. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Center of Patong night life. The rooms are awful!!! A view of the ocean is impossible, even if you have a balcony. We, I went there with another couple, had to change rooms because the 1st rooms were infested with ants. There were ants walking around on the beds! The new rooms that they moved us to also had ants. However, there were fewer ants than the 1st rooms. Internet service is NOT free in Phuket Graceland hotel. After realizing that the rooms were infested with ants, the staff was unapologetic. They would not even provide us with drinks or Wi-Fi services while they moved us to another room. The staff acted like we were burdening them with such a minor complaint. Yes, ants walking on my bed are ONLY a minor inconvenience. Thank god the ants didn’t walk into our ears while I or my wife was sleeping. During our stay, we had to physically tell the staff to clean our rooms. They never paid any attention to the sign on our doors. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, so buyers beware!!!

Location, Staff, Cleaniless, Breakfast Lift is too small and Smells After our one night Krabi stay, we check in back to PHUKET GRACELAND and this time we were able to upgrade our rooms to a seaview Suite. Compliments from the Hotel. Thank you front staff. I couldn't find any flaw from this hotel except for the lift. The location wise is very good too, it is just opposite the Patong beach,there are many shops around the hotel. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and tidy and the front staff are courteous. If I were to travel Phuket again, it will sure to be PHUKET GRACELAND, highly recommended!!!!
