Set just a little away from Karon Beach, the hotel's architecture reflects influences from China and Portugal. Guests are away from the tourist beaches to enjoy a little calm, and yet close enough to indulge in water sports. The Cha Baa restuarant serves Thai and international dishes, and if something you want is not on the menu the chef will be more than happy to whip it up for you. To soak in the sun away from the crowds of the beach, you can head to the swimming pool on the third floor, where a poolside bar is located for your convenience. The Body@Mind Day Spa, could be the perfect end to an already great trip. The hotel also includes a 7/11, Night Bazaar, Coffee Shop, Beauty Salon and a Kodak Print Shop as well.

Modern, spacious and clean room with some nice Thai touches, like the furniture and blinds.
Less than five minutes walking distance from the beach.
One minute away from the ATM machine, (7eleven.)
One minute away from an up market day spa.
One minute away from a local market where you can look for bargains like clothing and souvenirs.
My room didn't have sea view.
The staff could barely speak any English-a bit strange for 95% of the guests are foreigners- which made it difficult to communicate.
There was no tour desk-as is mentioned in the brochure-and the staff were not able to make any recommendations on what to visit, other than to visit another beach.
In a hotelrestaurant which is named Heritage cuisine, it was a bit dissappointing that they only served a continental breakfast instead of local Thai food.
The Phuket Heritage Hotel is a nice hotel, just a stone throw away from Karon beach.If you are a real sunlover, than this is the right accomodation for you. If you are-like me-already tanned and/or in search of a bit of cultural heritage, than I'd like to advice you to book a hotel in Phuket town. There you can taste the real Phuket life, interact with the locals and loose yourself in far gone days.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a local bus for just 30 baht to go Phuket town, instead of a taxi,(500-650 baht one way)
Enjoy some nice local and international seafood dishes at the contemporary restaurant across the street

Good location. Nice decor.
Presentation of breakfast - butter melting in tropical heat. Cold water in basin for shave. Shower tap leaked and wet shower floor.
Nice decore. Ok location. Staff ok, however could have done better. Communication lacking prior to visit and mix up on check in date after wards. Pool was ok, however I never saw the pool bar open. I was a bit dissapointed at only having Cold water in basin for shave. Shower tap leaked and wet shower floor. Only stayed for two nights so no big deal.
Restaurant Tip : Northern End of Karon Beach, check out Kia's Restaurant. Great simple food, prime location and friendly staff.

3 minutes from the hotel to the beach by walk and just next to 7/11.
Too far from the night market street.
Nice hotel in quiet area nice hotel clean big bed and toilet. friendly staff. Easily to find the hotel from the road.
