private pool, spacious lovely villas, fabulous view over the ocean, good service very limited transport options and the hotel car is pricey I went to Phuket Pavilions knowing that it wasn't on the beach - it's a couple of kms away but with a fantastic full size totally private pool high up on a hill overlooking the ocean, 180 degree views which you never tire of. There is a shuttle service to the beach and to Phuket Laguna village but if you want to eat out at night you'll need to pay for transport. Exemplary service - we arrived at 9.30am and were offered complimentary breakfast whilst waiting for our room. Lovely restaurant staff introduced us to several exotic tropical fruits. We stayed here and then had a few nights at Twin Palms, Surin Beach to be nearer to the beach and the action.
Restaurant Tip : go to 360 bar at sunset - top of hotel complex. Otherwise, it's a short trip to Lotus, Tatonka and a new restaurant called Kargo which had a yummy chorizo dish and good curry.

kind stuff, quiet, ocean view.privite. high transportaion fee. hotel to city, we have to pay over 800 batt. everything is beautiful, ocean view pool villa gave us we are specil. when i booked there i didn't say it's our honeymoon. I told them about our honeymoon when our arrived day.they prepare champain and float flower on the bath, and held nice cacktail party (absolutly free of charge). they made us specil.

Nice rooms and lay-out, great view, very good service Slightly far from beach (use hotel shuttle or rent bike, scooter or car) Beautiful hotel on top of the hill featuring very well designed rooms and integrated pool and total privacy. Food is excellent and offers very good value for money (as opposed to other hotels in the laguna). This boutique "relais & chateaux" hotel compares very well with the other 5-star resorts in the area in terms of price, quality of service, spa and restaurant. Strongly recommended
Restaurant Tip : Do not miss the 360 restaurant on top of hotel!

Fantastic size rooms
Own infinity pool
Very private villa and outside space. Good room service. Great views! 360 Bar! The hotel charge to take you down to Bang Tao beach in the evening, which is the only place to eat other than the hotel! Booking this hotel was one of the best things I've ever done. I knew I had scored major points when we walked in the villa!
The villa was huge, and the infinity pool just amazing. But it was the privacy that impressed me. You will not find another hotel better suited for romance!
Hotel Feature Tip : Hire a moped! It will save you money on taxis, but there are also some super markets where you can buy just about anything you need for your vacation, especially alcohol!

outstanding seaview and infinite pool
great services with hospitalities
good food Quite remote from city center and tourist spot
not enough leisuring facilities such as gym room Two thumbs up for the hotel.
It provides sense of exclusion from the world with great staff provide extraordinary services. The infinity pool in the room is a good place to enjoy romantic moments with your love, especially the sunset you can't miss!
However, make sure you will kill all the time during you state as there not much shopping centers, restaurant and leisure facilities to choose from. And the transportation is unreasonably expensive.

They didn't give us our room until 1 o' clock. After shouting they gave us our room. The pool was dirty (you could not swim), very high price for value and local prices.
Travel tip : Near to the hotel was no sightseeing, no shopping area, no nightlife, no restarants!
