Close to good restaurants and sight seeing.

the location is great. across the street from the beach where you can catch boats to other areas. not a swimming beach unless you want to be in very shallow water. nice pier to walk onto and watch locals fishing. our room had a large cochroach and a ghekko but this is thailand!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a scooter and check out the Cape Viewpoint and the next viewpoint towards Kata beach. Also, very good snorkelling at Yanui beach.

The hotel seemed fine, if all you want is a place to sleep. If you will be spending any other time at your hotel, I recommend staying somewhere else. Breakfast was included, which was nice, but the food was not very good. Also, our toilet didnt flush for the duration of our stay (3 days 2 nights). We told the front desk every day, and then when I asked for a discount on the last day due to lack of a working toilet, they said that they had no record and that they would not give us a discount.

Lovely Hotel with poor service

I spent 4 nights here and im both glad and disgruntled. Glad to be here for the location and for the fantastic swimming pool which is just right in front of my chalet door step. But disgruntled by the service of the staffs there. Phuket is named as Land of Smile but the only smile I received is by a male cleaner with a pleasant look. The receptionists all have a grumpy look which startled me during the first day I was there and also for the next three days. Beautiful looking reception lady who refused to show her care and smile. Almost spoil my holiday there.
Restaurant Tip:
The Fish Market is very near to this hotel which makes it a great spot. Just turn left and walked 80 metres before turning left to a dead end road and you could find it on the left of the dead end. Cheap and fresh seafood caught by fisherman and sold there daily.

Rooms are ok, but be ready to meet some problems with toilets and aircondition, from 3 portier on reception 1 girl is not speaking English, early check-in is not possible, sunbeds are not always available, to reach the beach you need take the bike, taxy or hotel shuttle (departure at 10, 11 and 13 but no way back so you need taxy or bike to reach hotel from the beach). Nearest area is quite quiet, no shops exept 7/11, exchange in 10 minutes by walk, but you can get some beatiful moment during sunset and low tide with some drinks on a pier just across the road.
Restaurant Tip:
Just across the road is nice Nikita's Bar with really good margarithas and very tasty cousine!

The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The aircon was the quietest I have ever experienced which was a big plus for a light sleeper. The staff were helpful and dedicated - a couple spoke little English but others pitched in when needed. Breakfast choice was large. The "egg" station was the best feature for me. The bar in the gardens was a good place to run into other guests and make new acquaintances
Restaurant Tip:
At the far end of the waterfront (to the right when looking out to sea) there are some traditional Thai restaurants built over the sea. Food and service were very good. Great place to relax at any time.

Had a superior room by the pool which was basically a small bungalow. Loved the opportunity to have room service by the pool for lunch for cheap. This was our treat to ourselves for over Christmas so we spent lots of time lounging on the very comfy loungers! Bonus that wifi worked by the pool as well. Busy over the Christmas period but the breakfast buffet still had loads of variety & was always very well stocked.
Restaurant Tip:
Nikitas Restaurant across the road from the hotel has great Italian & Thai food in a seafront setting. 7-11 next door as well so everything on your doorstep!
