The superior room had no proper window. (there was a wall 20cm in front of the window) Only the few rooms in the front have a window, but because they were fully booked, we couldn't change the room. Apart from this major problem, there were a few other issues: The free wireless internet was sometimes working, most of the time not. There was only person who was occupying the reception in the afternoon and his English was limited: "oh, me don know..." and "tomollow..." The room had a intense smell of mothballs The hotel room door had a big white glass inlay. So even though the room didn't had a window, it was still bright at night, as the corridor lighting was shining through the glass door Because of these thin doors, you could also hear every step and sound from the stair and corridor. Generally the room was clean, apart from the ants around the sink and the mold on the shower curtain.

Not a bad place if yuo want a cheap joint right in patong. It's very close to the beach and Bangla road. Don't expect much - no restaurant, no real services, no breakfast, etc. It's clean and safe, and the staff are nice. No thrills, good value.

Staff at the hotel were great. They managed to get us great discounts on all of the activities we booked through them, and nothing seemed to be too much to ask them. The location is amazing, right on Patong Beach, easy walking access to restaurants and nightlife. The hotel can be a little hard to find, as it seems a number of taxi drivers did not know exactly where it is, although there is really sufficient signage.
