Very unique and cool room layouts, AMAZING location, GREAT service. 9.3 One of the most pleasant stays I've had in Patong. This is a true boutique hotel, in the sense that all the rooms, styles, etc- are truly unique, fashionable, and chic in design. Stylish, modern, and yet classic, all at the same time. Super clean, the entire place looks like it's brand new (in fact- it is- I believe this was only built a year ago or so). Views are awesome (right over Jungceylon shopping mall). The hotel is right in the middle of the mall- so you're literally, one floor above the shopping mall. The beds are very comfortable. Staff is world class- in fact- miles above what you'd normally get in Thailand- even at 5 star hotels. Very attentive, respectful, polite, top-class service. Elle (or Ella?), the front desk staff, delivered quality of service, I'd normally expect in Tokyo (I spend most of my time in Japan). Cleaning lady, Faon (?), again- top class. She even folded all of our clothes neatly, in addition to making the room spotless every time. I understand these things may seem trivilial, but it is exactly these little extras, that to me- make a hotel feel just right. You really can't go wrong with this place. I stayed at the other hotel connected to the mall (Millennium), and to be honest- you'll pay two times more for that hotel- but aside from a fancy lobby- won't see much of a difference. This place is just as great- if not better, and for half the price. A five star experience, for a four star price.

A lot of restaurant surrounded, and there is a night market oppsite the road which is only open from 6pm to 9pm. Hotel design is significant, but room is big. The hotel looks like renovated from a factory so that the cell is high. Nice location, good service.

Solo travelers Romania, March 05, 2013	quirky hotel, great location for Patong Beach great location, spacious room 9.3 Pimnara Boutique Hotel is greatly located if you are seeking to have access to the beach and loads of clubs in Patong. It is literally part of a shopping centre and thus it offers quick access to loads of restaurants and shops. It does mean however that it can get a bit noisy, especially ar night when some of the clubs are playing loud music. This is partially resolved by the fact that the hotel has very good insulation or, if like me, you are a very light sleeper, bring some ear plugs (which, in any event, will come in handy at some point throughout your thailand trip. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are lovely are so keen to assist. Bear in mind that some of the rooms do not have windows-make sure that you clarify your preference when booking the hotel. Breakfast is fine, it is served in a nice restaurant/wine bar ten steps from the hotel. Food is yummy but limited (they serve mainly eggs prepared five ways out of which you have to choose one). There is toast, fruit, cereal and hot and cold drinks. Of, forgot to say that rooms are super clean, the WiFi is fast and reliable and they have ipads for the guests to use. In my view, definitely worth considering staying at this hotel when you are next in Patong.

Although the room is no window,as long as its clean and not too small. I get a surprise birthday cake when i doing check out.It's really make me surprise and feel warm. Thanks Pimnara Boutique Hotel!
