was a good stay only for 1 night. was close to bangla road basically right on it. i will stay here again because of location. i got the reception boy to print my flight itineary which said i leave the following day at 8pm. then he tells me they need room tommorrow for someone else. thinking i will stay all day i think. cos check out 12.30 and no one take room. so wont do that again. apart from that good location and price.

Convenient Location - Noisy but affordable

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was fine. It was a bit noisy as we had a Sea View room (on the main road) but you get that when your that close to Bangla road etc. Rooms were comfortable and you get what you pay for. Don't expect 5 star luxury because that's why it's a budget hotel. Overall we had no complaints and it was a pleasant stay.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to Bangla Road - so great for those having a big night out... not far to stumble back to your room!

Stayed for twelve nights in standard room first then in beach facing ,beach facing is a must as you have a small but ok balcony were you can sit and smoke if smoker.location is brill as you are on beach road Starbucks opposite macdonlands as well just two minute walk from the kee hotel which has a roof bar a must between 6-7 as half price cocktails as the sunsets.

Small hotel close to nightlife

The only twin room is on the lowest (i.e. noisiest, no sea view) floor, so if you pay for sea view you will have to share a bed.
Location is very central in Patong, which has its pros and cons. The street noise doesn't die down until after 3am though, so sleeping before then is impossible. Best to stay elsewhere if you plan to sleep any earlier.

Large rooms and good location

The room wasn't small at all, it was rather large and with a balcony looking at Patong beach. The main attractions like Patong beach, Bangla Road (Walking street) and Jungeceylon shopping mall are located very close to the hotel. What I didn't like is that the a/c was placed just in front of the bed and it was impossibe to control it the way I wanted it to operate. Finally, I got cold because of it. The other minus is that the transfer that I had booked for the airport was 20 minutes late. Also you should note that they don't offer any food, but it's not a problem at all.

Great place to stay
The hotel is only 1 minute walk to Bangla Rd bars and restuarants.The room is large and bright.

the view from the sea view room is spoiled by having to look over the building across the road but there is still a great view of Patong Bay. Noise is minimal considering it being on the main road.
Overall a great place to stay in Phuket.
Hotel Feature Tip:
All rooms are above street level, so if you cant handle stairs, forget it.

Fantastic Location. Great Hotel.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for me.
Its only small but everything is at your doorstep. The staff were very friendly and the seaview room on the top floor was fantastic. Rooms are clean and the air conditioning great.
The beach is just a few steps away as is the restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
On the downside the bed was a little hard. The hotel doesnt have a pool or restaurant and it doesnt boast the features of the big hotels.
For me though it was a fantastic choice and I will definitely stay again. .

The sea view room is worth the extra few dollars.

decent hotel w/great location close to almost any

my stay was pretty much great, staff was pretty helpful the cleaned my room everyday gave me fresh sets of towels rugs bedsheets free bottled drinking water refill of the canned drinks in my fridge. food would be better if they can offer it in the near future i'll surely recommend this place for my travelling friends.
