Very fast wifi, big space of room

The location is far from the center of activity, not very far, but it's far enough especially when you walk. Near a mini market, but if you want to find a place to eat near, there is only a few options. overall the hotel is quiet good, but they big problem is in the bathroom, they have clogged drains, and the bathroom material looks cheap. oh, i almost forgot, the room that they gave me has a balcony and smoking free room.

Good location to shopping area and simple room

We stayed there for 3 nights for diving. It is perfect location if you only need to have good sleep and don't want spend too much money. The diving shop can pick you up from the hotel. And you can walk by 5 min to reach the big shopping mall for dinning and shopping.

Clean hotel and service with smile

Overall satisfied with the hotel, the room is large and clean. The reception is helpful with any requests from the guest etc universal adapter & hair dryer. However, not very satisfied with the bathroom. After shower, the water didn't go off immediately and it will stuck there for 10 min. I think they should fix it but it won't be a main problem as you won't stay at the hotel all the day. It consider far to go anywhere from the hotel area while take tuktuk/taxi quite expensive as each time need to pay THB200 so suggest to rent a motorbike either from the hotel or hotel nearby.
Nightlife Tip:
If you are good in walking you can consider this place as it is only 15 min walking distance to the most happening area- Bangla Road. However, it is very frustrating as most of the tuk tuk won't stop by this place as they are threaten by the local people that insist we can only use their taxi service. My recommendation is get a motorbike and you could save lots of transportation fees coz tuktuk/ taxi service cost you THB200 for one way. While motorbike cost you THB250 for 24 hours and you could travel anywhere in the island. Try to local food nearby the hotel - Sitney Restaurant, cheap and nice. If you have own transport, you may go to phuket town for cheaper and delicious local food.

toilets and rooms are clean
if you are looking for some low budget hotels in phuket patong. i highly recommend pimrada.
please make sure your local taxi drivers spell the hotel name correctly. hotel's location is not easy to spot !!!
Shopping Tip:
super close to the beach if you have a rent a scooter.

Room was really nice so I don't have any complaints. Owner and the receptionist are really wonderful and always helpful to your needs. Laundry service is quick and swift.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jungceylon is about 15 mins walk and Bangla road is about 20 mins walk. Family Mart and local thai food is just 3 mins walk away.

the hotel is located far enough from the noisy bangla road, but with in minutes access from anywhere in patong by taxi or motorbike. the room is nicely designed and well equipped: a small fridge with mini bar, tv, free wifi, safety box, and comfortable bed.

Moved from one hotel (more expensive) to this hotel and was happy with it. The front desk clerks were very friendly and courteous. Will use this hotel again if taking another vacation here.
