It's a walk up no elevator, but staff is nice and will take yr bags up n bring them down w check out!
Pretty comfortable bed and toom size in comparison to other hotels in same price range.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have substantial layover, Take taxi just outside hotel (half price tgan hotel taxi guy) to BTS Skytrain at the airport into the city and bk! Runs to 12midnight.

Very small room with no windows, try another hotel

Hotel is quite new but room is very very small with no windows. Staffs are not friendly. Not value for money.
Try other hotels the same price. You can have a bigger room with good view. There are some mosquitos in room. I don't know how they come. They may come from drainage pipe in toilet.

small but cozy hotel

the location of the hotel is not the best but also the worst. just 2 min walk from the big shopping complex but quite far (around 15-20 min) from the main beach. the staff there are accomodating to all the guests with a big smile. I don't mind coming back to this hotel again.

Great location but crappy customer service

The room looked good on the website, however the bathroom was dirty. There was a pipe coming out from the wall, underneath the sink that had leaked out into the bathroom. The toilet had too been leaking. Since the shower was open with the rest of the bathroom, all the dirty water from the leaking toilet and the wall had made the bathroom smell awful and uncomfortable to shower in.
Upon leaving, I asked for my passport back and to have the receptionist call a taxi for me to go to my next hotel ( due to the unhygienic bathroom) and the receptionist did not co-operate. saying that she couldn't give me back my passport because i had booked the room for another night. I told her that it was fine to keep the money for the room and that all i wanted was my passport back. She called someone, and while on the phone she had looked at me in a very demeaning way which in result made me feel very uncomfortable.
After getting off the phone, she said that she didn't know what the number for the taxi was.
In response, I told her that the hotel had advertised the services that they had provided; pool service, laundry service etc as well as taxi services.
She still didn't comply and in further, i asked her if she could google the number.
After 10-15 minutes with this lady, trying to get my passport back and organise a taxi, another worker had came and told me that he could organise one in 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes, a taxi still wasn't there.
Upon leaving, the cleaning lady had also welcomed herself into my room while i was gathering my belonging.
This hotel demonstrated a very low standard of customer service.

The hotel is acceptable but not the best hotel of patong beach. The rooms are not so cleaned and link to airport service is not so good. Also wifi connections is not always available as declared by hotel.

my room was dirty,there was no shower cap,soap and hair dyer.the toilets floor was dirty when i arrived.i had to call the reception to get someone to clean it and gave me soap.i wont return there again for sure
