I absolutely love the junior suite that i booked online. Its clean,spacious. Ample of space to run around for couples. Towels are changed everyday. The aircons working fine. Bathtub is a plus. The view is a lil disappointing cause it faces the street but u could still see the mountains. Buffet breakfast is the same everyday. The pools fine too. Friendly staff. Not so noisy at night. In all, me & my partner really enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely stay there again next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Poppa Palace. Breakfast included in the booking was great. We had two seperate/adjoining rooms for a family booking (which means two bathrooms)and they were clean and comfortable with an outside balcony. The 2 pools are good for cooling off. Lots of reasonably cheap places to eat in the area. One block from the beach and Bangla Road which is an easy walk filled with lots of shopping opportunity along the way.

Overall, it was a good stay, but it could be better. The staff was not friendly at all and most of the things you've asked for ie: spare room key comes with a price. When asking about the airport transfer, it seems that the hotel is charging more than the regular taxi despite it is still using the same regular taxis. Upon check-in, it wasn't mentioned about collecting up-front sum of money for deposit. Should've mentioned that during the book in for the hotel.
