I only spent one night on business but the staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very well appointed and a great value for your buck. Free internet in the room, and not the usual low-slow you get in hotels in Asia.
I needed an interpreter at 11pm and the staff found one within 5 minutes.
I'll definitely be back on vacation.
Restaurant Tip:
The Rockfish, just up the road, is one of the best restaurants in Phuket.

The Garden Rooms are quiet. I just hate tile floor

Better alternatives exist

I stayed a year ago at the Pariya on Koh Phangnan for the same price and Print was substantially substandard compared to Pariya. The facilities were not maintained as well, the mattresses, bedding and bath linens were old, the food was barely edible, and the setting was not nearly as beautiful. Next time I plan to return to Pariya instead.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a motorbike for only 150 baht per day. Makes visiting other places much easier and costs next to nothing.
