Good location, nice rooms
good location, nice modern rooms, great breakfast

the rooms were nice, if not a little small. bathrooms were modern. front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the breakfast which is included with your stay, it was a buffet and there were a lot of choices. you did have to pay for internet, which was a bit of a surprise as we have discovered that most places in asia in this price range include wifi for free.
would recommend this hotel.

great service for a 3 star property

resort is tucked away in a quiet soi off rat u thid road but still walking distance to everything.
it is not a glamorous jorney into the hotel although once settled in the resort is good and it has a great pool and very clean restaurant for breakfast.
the shower and bathroom is not so great as it leaks everywhere and fills the floor with water.
our stay here was overall great at was excellent value for money. i would recommend this hotel.
The staff at this resort are the main asset that makes this resort a great place to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
visit the massage place just outside this resort. it is clean and has great staff.

hotel has recently been refurbished rooms even contain what the very helpful bell boy referred to as new technology. a device beside the bed which operates all the lighting in the spacious room. good location walking distance to all the main areas, fantastic staff! overall we had a wonderfull time here and will return

Lovely hotel in a great location

stayed for 2 nights during 26-28 mar 2011. reached hotel before 11am and managed to check into my deluxe room almost immediately upon notifying the front desk staff. room is located on level 2 overlooking the swimming pool. room is spacious and nicely decorated with artistic drawings on the walls. there is a sliding door for the toilet and even a big frosted glass overseeing the room from the bathtub! room is also fully equipped with hairdryer, bathrobes, towels, laundry bags, toiletries, coffee/tea making facilities etc.
swimming pool is nicely-designed, front and back gates are securely guarded, hotel staff are polite and accommodating, tour counter staff offers unbeatable deals and there are ample parking spaces for your rented vehicles.
complimentary wifi would have made this hotel a winner in patong though!

Quiet and relaxing place

the hotel staff was great as my initial check in timimg was 2pm but they allowed me and my bride to be to checked in at 7am as our flight land earlier than expected. room was clean and the place was quiet out of the noisy scene of blanga road where the night come alive.
it was a good 5min walk to the main road where all the food is bustling.
overall a good location if you want a quiet and spacious place to be in patong.

Great location and good value

i liked my stay here. the rooms are nice but small. the view is the only real negitive and it can be hard to find in a cab.
location is good. quick walk to the beach and great bathrooms in the rooms. service was about the best in thailand.

Lovely hotel nice and quiet

Stayed from 19th-24th march 2011 and found Hotel to be of good standard.Tucked away between beach and back road. Staff did all we asked of them.Breakfast was good without being brilliant but had all that you needed.Room size was large and overlooking the pool made it a pleasure to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. A little bit dearer than some other hotels but still good value.
Nightlife Tip:
Night club FAMOUS on top of Jun Ceylon shopping centre is a must see.

we stayed here for one night on our way to phi phi. was not particularly taken with phuket, but this hotel is a nice oasis in phuket.
rooms were clean and modern, although they were a bit on the small side. bathrooms were very nice.
the pool looked good, although we didn't have a chance to use it. we did use the room service for our evening meal, which was very tasty. breakfast buffet included with the room was also plentiful and varied.
girls at the front desk were very pleasant and friendly.

big territory, near to beach, breakfast & good room & view

+ good view (from our 4th floor), breakfast is ok (eggs, puncakes, fruits & the rest staff), pool & towels, big territory compare to the rest in Patong, 5 min to the beach
- big minus is not FREE wi-fi (i think it is must have in year 2011..) , 60 Batt per 60 min, and the quality is quite poor, pool could be bigger, the breakfast take-away (if you go to excursions) ir very poor
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
i recommend to go to Similan & Tachai islands, it was really great , and also Mr. Poo as your turistic guide for excursions (near to the central entrance to the hotel)

nice hotel and good service

service was good. we had a problem with the extra bed, because it was to soft. the problem was solved, as soon as possible. staff was always very helpful. breakfast was good. the beach is only 5 minutes away, which is really no problem to walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you like to go to other islands (phi phi f.e.) take the speed boat, even when it's a little more expensive, you want regret it. study careful the prosures you get. see simons cabarett, it is fun. stay at least a week. it is a lot to see in phuket.
