Excellent hotel in a great location, although just behind bangla road it seems that you are miles away from it!! Rooms are clean, spacious and swimming pool at front was large!! Overall great hotel for the price and will stay here again if I ever go back!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the staff. They could understand us(speaks english) and our needs were catered for regards to directions, places of interests and even cheap shopping places. They were able to give us exact and detailed directions.
We booked a superior room, but upon reaching the hotel, we got a free upgrade to the deluxe room facing the pool. As we got there earlier than expected, we were still worried about not being able to check in. However, our room was already prepared and we were able to check in immediately. (11am)
The room was VERY beautifully decorated and clean! Even the daily clean-ups of rooms were clean and tidy. Toilet paper and shower foams were topped up every day. Clean and comfortable beds, with good water pressure for showering purposes.
On the whole, we are very satisfied with the service and condition of the hotel. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone going for a short holiday.
Shopping Tip:
Head down to the weekend market if you are there for the weekends. Definitely cheap and nice food and shopping.

The hotel is brand new, so every thing is realy nice. The buffet breakfast was the best i have had. Comfy bed and pillows.
Nightlife Tip:
Hotel is 2 minutes walk to Bngala Road and just around the corner there are heaps more bar.There is a great massage shop out of the hotel on the right hand side, very professional, only 300 baht/hour ( compared to hotel charging 1500baht).The pool is big and the hotel is 5 minutes walk to beach.
