Average. The pool staff on more than 3 occasions told us that there was no more white wine, they had run out of sprite, mangos and strawberries and the draught beer was finished and would be arriving in two days!

We highly recommend this hotel as one of the best choice in Phuket. This 5 star hotel give you an outstanding service at a very reasonable price. The room is well cleaned, with good choice of breakfast.

Good resort for relaxation and good services

The hotel is very good for family to relax especially the Talay Spa is fantastic. However the location is little but too far away from main town and airport.

it`s a great hotel with amazing facilities: 2 swimming pools and ample sun deck lounges for guests to chill out. view from the restaurant overlooking the sea is just perfect at any time of the day. food is great and staff are very friendly. room is spacious, clean and the balcony is just perfect for some reading.

very remote.nearest town 30 mins away..not much outside the hotel.. bars and restaurants in phuket...hotel ok for a very quite holiday but boring in the evenings

bargain every where...if asking price is 500 baht start from 200...

We are upgraded to a pool villa so excellent value for money stay. Minor gripes, airconditioning inconsistent, no conditioner provided, room service dishes took more than 24 hours to be collected.

Beautiful Sea View
The room is large enough to hold the spare bed easily. Good and easy access to the beach.

during low tide you get the rare opportunity to wake on the sea bed and look for a variety of crabs, star fish, sea urchin, etc.
if you wish to dip in the sea or go canoeing, best to do it at the first opportune time when the tides are in. during low tide, the sea is quite far away.
its away from town so great place to relax if your are a city dweller like myself.

The Radisson Blu is a great hotel, in a secluded location with beautiful sea views. We were upgraded to a corner Junior Suite which was very spacious with a comfortable king bed and sofa. Our bathroom and terrace/balcony were huge and overlooked an infinity pool with jacuzzi and views out to the islands. Buffet breakfast was excellent with variations throughout the week.
There were plenty of sun loungers servicing the pools and beach, although the cabanas were a nice touch. Both infinity pools were large and clean and not too crowded when we were there. A must, is the 2 for 1 drinks/cocktails at the poolside bar between 5 and 7pm and also the pizzas and chicken satay were very good.
We found the staff and service overall to be excellent but some could benefit from some extra English lessons. Would also recommend the hotel transportation to the airport, one way is 1100 Thai Baht.
The food we had in the hotel was good but if you fancy a change, there are some bars and restaurants within short walking distance.....Treetops, Sawadee, and a great Indian in Cape Panwa to name a few.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The trip to Phi Phi islands worth the visit, even though it is crowded with visitors......beautiful scenery and good snorkelling.
