Clean hotel but horrible location!

The hotel is clean and that's just about the only good thing! I had planned to stay for three nights but I left after the first night as I was surprised when I found out there was nowhere I uld eat within the hotel! As no restaurant, no room service! It was horrible! My stayed there with my parents who are both diabetic and they were starving until we checked out!
Also, it's quite a small hotel not as pretty as advertised! Pool is very small.

Not worth the money for sure

Not sure why it is marked as a 3-star hotel. The photos look so nice, but ... Maybe those photos are taken years ago, when the hotel is brand new. Now it looks not even half as clean and bright. Staff are friendly though. If looking for a no-star hotel and not charged at a 3-star hotel price, it might be a good choice.

We used the hotel for a one-night stop-over at Phuket on the way from one island to the next island. The hotel is on the main road, 1 small supermarket is in the same building, 2 bigger shopping mall with restaurants are 10 min walk away. We had a 2 bedroom appartement which was brand-new and nicely fitted. Air-con was quiet and effective. Kids enjoyed the TV with many kids channels. Swimming pool is small and faces the main road, so we did not use it.

All perfects, more than price

It's awesome and reasonable price! All staffs always serves with smile and their responce is quick. Clean, good interior, hot shower, good soundproofing and also there is sauna! So we could warm up our cold body after diving in sea.
There is no restaurant inside but no problem at all. There is a big store and convenience store near by. Also there are lot of local food stands and good restaurants in 5-10 min. walk.
If you want to avoid noise in downtown, I recommend this hotel. You can rental moterbike 250 bht/day, so you can go anywhere, also around beaches here are much beautiful and cozy than Phaton beach.
I will use again.

modern and fully furnished room, with cooking equips, feel like home. Very friendly and helpful staff, guiding us to the beaches and nearby restaurants.
Will come back stay here next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
about 10 mins driving to a southern view point (cannot remember the name, ask the staff), sunset is amazing!

チャロンサークルから歩いて５分ぐらいの、大通り沿いにあるきれいなサービスアパート。１階はbig one という小さなスーパーです。チャロン埠頭があるだけの所なので、ダイビングをする人以外の観光客はあまりいないようだが、周辺には地元系のレストランや屋台もけっこうあるし、テスコロータスやヴィラマーケットといったスーパーもあるので、長期滞在の白人がけっこういる。チャロン埠頭に向かう通りにはバーもけっこうあるし。
ホテルの部屋は広くてきれいで、毎日きちんとリネンの交換や掃除もしてくれるし、シャワーの湯量も十分だし、プールもそれなりにキレイだし、何不自由なく過ごせました。
長期滞在するために利用するには良いかなと思います。
