On the downside the rooms I stayed in both needed a facelift and some maintenance but the location, price and friendly. Highly recommend but bearing in mind you get what you pay for.

I checked in very late at this hotel and left early in the morning so I did not get a chance to explore the hotels pools or other features. I had an issue with the shower, it was not producing hardly any pressure. But that was the only issue, the hotel staff was wonderful and the room was accomidating for me.

I loved this hotel. Phuket is an expensive city compared to the rest of Thailand but this hotel was a great deal. It had everything I needed. A nice good size room, big bed, windows, good size bathroom, and the location was good. It was the perfect hotel for a bachelor like myself.

The hotel was nice in a good location that you can find whatever you want and the rooms was good, but the room service that have to clean sometimes doesn't work. But was the only detail because the stay there was nice. If i go to phuket again it's a good option and to recommend also.

Very basic provision for a stay & value for money.
Near the local day & night market & shoppings. 8 minutes to Airport bus terminal.

we booked an island trip on second day & was told that hotel reception will call us for the departure time around 9:30am. it was all in the mess, reception called us at 7:30am (supposed to confirmed the timing at night before)& told us the pickup time was 7:45 to 8:00am! we rushed through our clothings & breakfast in the hotel but only pick us up only at 9:20am.
they did not entertain extension even on requesting of an extra 1 hour unless you pay half day charge!
minibus from airport provided an excellent service (everthought they stopped at one point trying to get hotel & trips business). the hotel did not have any minibus arrangment to airport).
one receptionist did provide good guide when we asked for direction to phuket old town, airport bus terminal.
beware that there is no lift or helper to carry your heavy luagages to 2rd & 3th floor.
