Nice Place
Beautiful Pool and the staff is trying hard to make you feel welcome

We extended one time, beings it was very nice and comfortable stay.
Only the pool is worth it.
The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
Recommendable place in Rawai ... definitely.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a scooter and discover the area ... that's lots of fun!
Drive carefully please.

Lovely hotel but the service was not that good

I think this hotel was really good. The pool area was great. The rooms ware a little bit ""cold" with everything white. The breakfast was ok and the food in the little restaurant was good to. The staff was a little bit slow but we werw on vacation so we took it easy!

The rooms were beautiful. The bathtub was gorgeous. Breakfast was very good. There are many, many stairs and a great deal of walking from the front of the hotel to the rooms.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I went scuba diving. There is an excellent diving company I spent two days diving at 6 sites. I would highly recommend this company and diving here.

rawai is a quiet part of phuket but close to markets and phi phi island tours and a must is a night at promphep cape and the coconut bar is a great place for a drink or meal

Fantastic Hotel, great value

Stayed here for 4 nights having a quick catch up with friends in Phuket, the pool view room was spacious and clean, the view from the 5th floor was fantastic, loved being able to lay in bed and look out to the ocean. Breakfast was included, reasonable (not great) and plenty of it and overall felt the visit was fantastic value for money We are Rawai regulars (no illusions about swimming on Rawai beach), had our own transport and couldn't have had a better break. I would probably suggest hotel is more of a romantic venue than suited to a family trip, bathroom (bath is in a common area with little privacy), toilet and shower is separate and private though. Bed was quite comfy too!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Unless you want to pay excessive taxi fares everwyhere, it's best to have your own transport, especially if you're on a first time trip to Phuket and want to do the sites. Rawai is a lovely area, not too busy and fairly self contained but there will likely be other places you want to see / visit.

Nice hotel for the star rating, clean, generally friendly staff. Hotel restaurant very quiet most nights (quiet season). Pool bar unattended far too often. The beach nearby isn't actually swum at. There's a few nice local bar's/restaurants along the esplanade. A scooter is recommended to get around the area.

Would stay here again ,was the best we had stayed at during our trip.The hotel is well placed close to all facilities,the tour desk staff are really helpful and reasonably priced.Meals at the hotel are good value and the room service was also quite good.

we booked 3 deluxe pool veiw rooms for 3 couples and wernt dissappointed with our rooms,they were huge clean and comfy and clean daily.pool was huge and great swimming,staff could of been a little happier,and the breakfast was suited more for asain guests than westeners,but would always go back

hire a bike and do your own sightseeing great veiws and great food
