Excellent New Hotel
Swim up pool access, quieter area away from all the bars, brand new hotel, huge freestanding bath in room.

i have watched this hotel being built over my last 2 visits and am glad to have stayed there now.
great service and really nice place.
good for both couples and familys with the pool designs and play areas for kids.
huge room (deluxe swim up) and great to have your own private swim area or be able to go out to the main pool aswell.
Restaurant Tip:
Excellent seafood restaurant across the road directly on the water - not the cheapest around the area, but definitely one of the best for fresh/live seafood.

Great Intro to Thai hospitality
The quiet location of Rawai and a well appointed resort

The location in Rawai meant we could leave the hotel and walk the beachfront without all the commercial spruikers pestering us. The accommodation was great in terms of size of room and comfort with a few minor issues of housekeeping. Breakfasts were good and the chefs can cook eggs. The pool area is great but as with other elements of the resort there are quite a few steps to negotiate. Service was faultless with staff doing everything they could to satisfy your needs. Always with a smile and wonderful Thai hospitality.

Impressive resort with a layback feel
Lovely pool and outlook from room, resort in perfect condition very new.

Most enjoyable, only downfall was a very poor lack of communication with the language barrier. Most resorts have staff that speak reasonable English but this resort does not making things quite difficult to relay your enquiries towards staff.

this is a place I've stay several times, I love the ppl they are so friendly,the hotel location is perfect for the are, but once you there, the grounds are beautiful, the food , a nice spread, and if its not available ask, they get it for you, really nice people!! several security guard, so you'll feel comfortably safe...
Shopping Tip:
not much to see but you/ll be in the right area to see it all

i like the fact that this hotel looks and operate like a real hotel. it is in rawai and is located about 40-50 km from the airport. we steered away from patong because our obj of staying were just lazing and to join the snorkeling trip to coral island and racha island. food during breakfast was adequate. we love the pool. we love the humangous bath tub. the bed was not that hard. be advised that the hotel has 80 channels on its cable. haha
thank you rawai! it was a lovely honeymoon for us.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the deluxe pool access was nice but we love the deluxe pool view more!

i cant tell you a lot about the superior pool view room because we were upgraded to a deluxe pool view, room #1217
love the room. overlooking the pool and the fairy light on the trees. the hotel was just lovely. they make us wait for half an hour but dear God, we were beaming when we saw the room and the honeymoon decoration

room is nicely decorated but more effort can be put into the maintenance. although the hotel is quite new, stains can be seen on sink tops and bath tub. on the first day of check-in, when we returned to the hotel room in the evening, the room door was opened (we placed the please do not disturb sign and checked that the door was secured before leaving). on the second day we placed the do not disturb sign again before leaving, but the housekeeping entered the room. breakfast is alright, but manager in restaurant can do better with friendlier service.

Absolutely beautiful hotel

we stayed at this quiet hotel away from the usual hussle of puhket. the staff was wonderful, but the rooms are unsurpassed, large, clean, artful and quiet.
please note, they do not speak english!
just don't take a taxi from here if you do not intend to take it far. there is a minimum charge that simply isn't worth it if you are only going a few minutes away and do not want to walk.
also, we rented motor bikes from the concierge, had issues, and it turns out they have nothing to do with the rentals. this presented big issues as we had to leave the bikes and i talked to a man i did not know to have to resolve this issue.

Hotel facilities are good. Rooms are brand new and huge .We had a pool view room with our own little pool area which was wonderful. Bed was comfy Pool area was beautiful, fountains and landscaped and a pool bar. Very quiet hotel. A five minute walk to a few bars and restaurants . Ate at the hotel restaurant one night service was very slow and the music almost put us to sleep however the food was very good. Not a lot of night life here but very relaxing.

No matter what else you read, they DO NOT speak English here. From the concierge to room service, you'd better make sure they understood you.
Other than that, the staff is very helpful and kind.
Please also make sure if you take a taxi out from here, know the rate you will be charged. I just took a 5 minute cab ride to a pharamacy, and was charged $400 bht. On the other hand,I also just had a fabulous poolside1 hour massage for only $500 bht! Would definately stay here again - with translation phrase book.
