This was my second time at this hotel. It was busier and for that reason my room had no bath robes when i arrived. I found that a little disaapointing because the room is advertised with robes and it has a beautiful bath. I had travelled a long way with minimum luggage too. I managed to get robes in the end but I had to be quite demanding. Otherwise room is large, very comfortable, nice bathroom. Outdoors pools are also very nice, plenty of room to relax. One small resteraunt open during the day, food is good and reasonably priced. Unfortunatley not open in the evening though. Very relaxing stay.

Pleasant stay, rooms with pool access are beautiful, with large bathroom and balcony with own little pool that accesses the large communal pool. Breakfast was OK, although a bit too busy at rush hour and egg station was shortstaffed most days. Restaurant lacks atmosphere. Layout of pools around hotel gives it a nice resort feel, although a mix of mexican, mid eastern and Thai style is a bit confusing...

This resort was my perfect choice for holiday. Even though the location was too far from the city center or airport and it was really hard to get any transportation to anywhere unless you get a bike, the service from the staff and the resort itself were enough satisfied me. However, if you would like to enjoy the night life easily, you'd better to choose other accommodation which is near from patong beach.

Overall not happy with stay for what I paid. PLEASE NOTE: make sure 100% that you want to actually stay here before you book as hotel will not refund even one night- EVEN IN MEDICAL EMERGENCIES WITH MEDICAL CERTIFICATE! Pool is big and luxurious but I got an infection from the pool and I also got a really bad cough from the air-conditioner in my room. I got upgraded for free but rooms are still not that big- feel a bit squashed because balcony view is of other rooms (not private at all). Also very noisy to stay- there was construction maintenance close by, so couldn't sleep in. Also, the halls echoed and there were drunk people wandering around at night, so not good for sleeping at all. The location is far from tourist areas, but there are a couple of nice beaches around. Cannot swim at Rawai beach, so this needs to be taken into account in pricing. Food over-priced- I paid more for a fruit smoothie than I did to hire a motorbike for a day. Also my WATER DIDN'T WORK FOR THE FIRST NIGHT in my room (after a long plane trip), and the hotel staff didn't seem bothered by this. Also gym is absolutely tiny ! (but there is a gym just up the road). Breakfast was very nice though and most of the staff were friendly. Can eat cheap outside of hotel as there are heaps on shops along Rawai, which is very close.

the hotel is comfortable and clean. the serpentine swimming pool makes a wondeful garden. many thanks to the stall and especially the charming young ladies at reception who gave us nice welcome despite late arrival. only one drawback the aircon is a bit loud. a trivial matter the chef at breakfast should learn how to cook an egg properly

The rooms were beautiful. The bathtub was gorgeous. Breakfast was very good. There are many, many stairs and a great deal of walking from the front of the hotel to the rooms.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I went scuba diving. There is an excellent diving company I spent two days diving at 6 sites. I would highly recommend this company and diving here.

rooms are very clean and decor is lovely. a little odd that room door enters into bathroom but ok for me as i was travelling solo.i was upgraded to pool access room. excellent. resort is well maintained. staff are friendly. resteraunts at resort serve good food at good price.breakfast is also excellent.also free wi fi in rooms.
overall i loved this resort and would happily go back.

I stayed for nearly 2 weeks the room was very spacious with a view of the sea. I ate at the hotel restaurant in the evenings the food was excellent and the service was very good this really is a nice place to stay and close to the sea and Rawie beach. they also have transport to other beaches. I took there quick thai cookery coarse which was well presented and very in formative.
