Modern and clean apartment overlooking Patong Beach
Very thin walls! Staff have very poor English.
We found the hotel to be very light on staff at this modern apartment type block. Whether because of the time of year or not the bar and restaurant were closed for our stay. The breakfasts would have been quite satisfactory if you could get what you requested from the menu. (Plenty of mix ups because of the language barrier.) The position is on the southern end of the beach which is only a short walk to the entertainment areas and it suited us as it's a little quieter away from the crowds.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you like your sleep to be quiet be aware that the walls seem to be VERY thin!

Friendly and courteous staffs
Overpriced for the location of the hotel and the amenities
We are not impressed with the location of the hotel. It advertised as a beach front but the actual location of the hotel is behind a very busy street that separated the hotel from the beach. For the price of the hotel that we paid, we expected the hotel to be more secluded and offers more amenities.
Aside from that the staffs are very courteous but it does not make up for the money that the establishment charges their customers.
