Convenient, easily accessible to good restaurant, shopping and massage

The hotel breakfast is on a menu order basis, it would be better if its a buffet style. Rooms near the pubs side are quite noisy at night.

I stayed at this hotel for only 2 days and the overall experience of staying at this hotel is good for the amount of money that we are paying. The staff there are friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and the hotel lobby, even though is small, but provided us a good place to chit chat and gather. The overall layout of the hotel is good and comfortable.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a travel agent booth near this hotel with a big sign saying that "we speak english". We approached this agent and booked and paid for a day trip to phi phi island. The lady inform us to wait at the hotel lobby at 7.45am. And we did so, and to our dissappointment, we waited until 8.45am and there is no one picking us up yet. Finally we called up the travel company and they said that there was actually a mistake and rearrange the trip to coral island. We were so upset of the arrrangement. The main problem is that they should have called to the hotel in advance instead of keep us waiting and if we do not call up, we would just end up waiting forever. The servive is really terrible.

the location, the staff are freindly

the jacuzi is not working. and the elevators can not take you to your floor right a way ,to go to our rooms in second floor we had to go to fourth floor then wa must use the stairs to our roooms in the second floor.some noise after 12:00 pm

over all the hotel can be descibed as a three star hotel for sleeping only , no many activities in it , it is clean and the staff are friendly.the location of the hotel is very good for the people who like swimming since it is near the patong beach with only two minutes walk.the hotel is not far from the live area at the patong beach. good value for good stay.

Near beach...

Hotel Photo on the web is look nicely, but it is not really!Not much choices for breakfast, is not buffet style....no facility...

Over our 2 night stayed with this hotel, was just ok!!Can get more value hotel around patong beach, the selling point was the hotel near v closed to the beach!their staff there is not well trained, she told me the complementary drink only provide at the 1st day of stay, which is not according to their hotel policy...
