Desmond's Rayaburi Experience

I had a marvellous stay at the Rayaburi Hotel. The hotel is ideally situated in Patong Beach, close to the beach and the famous Bangla Street. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and it has beautiful facilities like a roof-top swimming pool and a jacuzzi/sauna.

Rooms are big and the hotel staff was kind enough to provide us with two connecting rooms instead of a triple one. However, there was no pool and the jacuzzi heater was not working as well.

I was not expecting much. Must say it was a pleasant surprise. The room look newly renovated and clean. I like the shower and day bed infront of the TV. it provided with beach towels and umbrellas just in case it rains. Overall... satisfied.

All in all I think the stay was a decent and clean one.. It is near to the beach which is a really good location.. There are quite a number of push cart for cheap dinner and the food are really good.. Breakfast is the same stuff daily thus can be quite sick of it.. Room is well facilitated, definitely worth the price paying for.. Even provide u with a beach bag and towels which u can bring to the beach or day tours..

Enjoy our stay in loft wing, exterior is not as impressive as photo but luckily the room is good and clean. We were welcome by nice cold drinks as the weather was very hot. Walking distance to bangla with lots of happening.

The hotel was overall pretty good. We stayed in the loft wing which was seperated from the hotel. The view wasn't great but there was a nice balcony to sit and relax on. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its a 10 min walk to Bangla road which is not bad but can seem long at night after dinner.
The Loft wing doesn't look as new as they claim it is but overall we were satisfied with the hotel.

Good hotel, very close to all the major attractions in Phatong. The price was very good and the hotel was quite comfortable for a 3 star hotel. However, they should try to clean teh rooms a bit more..I would easily go back and stay there in my next visit to Phuket.

a nice hotel with impressive foyer and big clean rooms with a nice litle balcony and a lovely bahroom and shower. a 500 baht taxi ride from phuket pier, good location as is walkable to the beach and bar area. friendly staff although we asked for a wake up call which never came and on check-out they accused us of takig stuff from the mni-bar when we hadnt. they let us off but put a bit of s sour note to the stay.

Great Hotel to stay at
stone throw away from the beach, small dip pool at top of loft wing, near to shopping areas, walkable to jungceylon & massage places and 7-11 and family mart nearby

The hotel room was awesome! Stayed at the loft wing and it overlooks greenery from the royal pawadee hotel, but it didnt matter to me as long as the view was ok. Loft wing's lvl 5 had a small dipping pool, well kept and felt relaxing to be up there There's also complimentary Wifi in all rooms + 2 bottles of drinking water, bathrobes, umbrellas, a beach bag with beach towels - very very thoughtful of them.
Walk to beach was less than 5min & there's family mart on the way - to buy late nite snacks or some snacks to bring to the beach.
Staff in hotel were friendly & helpful, event lent me a weighing scale when i wanted to check my luggage weight.
Would stay there again and the staff was telling me that they are planning on expansion and it should be ready by next year!
Restaurant Tip:
head to #6 restaurant opp of C&N hotel, serves great food with reasonable prices - highly raved: pad thai

we stayed in rayaburi hotel for one night only. the location is strategic, close to the bars, shops and seafood restaurants. the room is quite comfortable although the floor seems a bit sandy. bathroom is quite large and comfortable. facility in the room is standard. the hotel does not have many other facility apart from jacuzzi.
