The staff over there was really helpful. Although we faced difficulties with people over at Phuket, they helped us and I could see that she tried to prevent us from getting conned by the people over there. Very very good customer relationship.

Nice hotel in a great location.
Great location, friendly service and very affordable.

My Deluxe room was very spacious with a view of the main road but a little bit noisy at night from the bar opposite of the road. However,the hotel is located within 2 minutes walk of Patong Beach and about less than 10 minutes walk to Jungceylon Shopping Centre. Also Bangla Road is only about 5 minutes away on foot. So, not much to complain though.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the famous Bangla Road.

Great location with friendly staff
The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are easily and cheaply upgradeable

the rayaburi hotel is in a great location, only a 2 minute walk to the beach and market area. it is also about a 10 minute walk to the centre of the nightlife in phuket. the staff are very friendly and organised a island tour for our group at a very cheap rate compared to other tour operators. also the bar and restaurant are reasonably priced with a great selection of food and drinks!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Island tours are a must, and depending on the season, can be as cheap as 1400 baht per person

My room was clean, big and decorative, it's worth for the money. The bbq stall opposite of the road (corner of the bar)is very delicious and 7 eleven and money changer just beside the hotel. Besides,the hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distnce to and about less than 15 minutes walk to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Bangla Road. So, will not regret and complain for this trip.
Restaurant Tip:
just turn left from the main door of the hotel until the end of the road then turn right, there have many famous and cheaper restaurant, eg. No.6, 49, 99

Great Locations, but many strict rules
locations are very near to the Patong beach, also near to other night-life center

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay.
the cleanliness is good, although this is an old hotel.
they are quite strict about rules, and one of it is you will be charged extra money if they found you fill-in the room with more than what you are buying.
Restaurant Tip:
you can find around the hotel area, a motorcycle with roof and big cart attached to it, they sell many interesting and delicious food or snacks (Noodle Soup, Mini Egg-Tart, etc.)

The location is good. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the mall.
Nice and comfy room. Clean bathroom and great bath-tub altought it is kind of small. We were kind of afraid using the elevator, looks not safety. Helpful staff. Good food.

hotel staff is friendly, my room is no windows,clean, air-cond too cool, not so small, breakfast normal, walk to bangla road 10-15min.
Shopping Tip:
massage & spa just near by, walk 5min got shop lot to shop

Wonderful stay at Rayaburi.

We were happy that the staff allowed us for early check-in as our flight arrived 8am.The staff were friendly,we were given welcome drink.Room and bathroom are clean and well designed.Breakfast should improve with more varieties.It's only 3 min to the beach and 10 min to the famous shopping centre Junceylon.I was happy to stay at Rayaburi,will come back again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
there are many travel agents around,go big buddha on top of hill.
