the hotel is in a very good location, close to the beach and bangla road. the room quality was ok, and it had complementary water every day. the included breakfast was also eligible and acceptable. i would stay here next time as well.

3-stars hotel with great location and average room
Rude male staff at counter ruined my last day of holiday!! Really hate him!!

stayed here for 3n with hubby & 2-yo+ son, room is just nice for small family; lift access not on every floor, we have to carry our stroller up & down everyday; simple american breakfast provided everyday; hotel is well located, just 5mins walk to patong beach and street market;
being treated badly by a male staff at the counter when check out and he scolded me in thai to his colleague + his black long face! this rude staff really ruined my last day of holiday!!
to the hotel management: please do let this kinda of rude and unfriendly, unhelpful staff work at the receiption. he will ruined your hotel image to all guest!!

Good location, however the staff at the hotel didn’t speak very good English and only 2 of the staff ever smiled at us. This made it hard to ask for advice about where to eat and visit in the area.

Our stay at Rayaburi was delightful. The room was large and tastefully decorated, do not plan to watch TV as a foreigner as you will be sorely disappointed (you're in Phuket, stuff watching TV anyway). The hotel had a large communal rooftop jacuzzi which was lovely.
Our room had a large bath and huge double shower. Perfect.
I recommend Rayaburi for a good hotel at a reasonable price.
Shopping Tip:
Do NOT buy tours from the hotel. Instead head outside, turn right and you will come across a lovely travel desk that will give you approx 50% off most tours. She's great and will give you local knowledge about shopping/nightlife etc.

From the moment we walked in at 1am in the morning after a day of ferry and bus travel from hell it was like walking into an oasis of helpful airconditioned calm! Service with a smile, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and could suggest things to do. They even had a private hotel minibus we could book to take us directly to the airport at a reasonable price. Wonderful small private rooftop pool, great for some lastminute sunbaking before the lengthy trip home.
Nightlife Tip:
Walking distance to a big shopping centre, the beach market, and also the main road of attraction in Patong. Brilliant value for money.

Very nice hotel, but i did pay extra for a room with a sea view and although i could see the sea if i stood in the very corner of my balcony i would not class this as a sea view, so was very disappointed with this, and for this reason would not book this hotel again, but if a view is not important to you this is a very nice hotel...also i think worth a mention is,if you are a solo traveller and you want a guest back to your room there is an 800 baht charge, which i think is excessive has some other hotels in the same area do not charge anything.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great location for beach and shops, just 200 metres down the road.
