First time when I visited this resort, I was amazed by good location of this hotel at Racha island. I also got good services from this hotel
Although,it would not be easy to communicate with receptionist cause they are Burmiese.

the room conditions are different room type is different. the facilities in garden deluxe room are old, the room is big though, enviroment is nature, beach sand is white, water is clean. the service is so so, the english communication is not fluent. but this happened to other hotels in the island too. one more thing, the wireless connection is poor, heard it is the issue on the whole island as well.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the room facilities are differently per room type.
if make any important appointment, ie. Speedboat, please make it black and white.

Very poor service, originally expected the highest hotel very sorry, but after the service of the hotel staff is very irregular, otherwise stay in the twin room, but to a queen-size bed room, said he would add a small bed, but did not wait until the evening to an extra bed, call and ask the receptionist to answer the phone also said that there was no description of the Check has more than five hours, and may not add!

服务非常差，本来是期望最高的酒店，可是到了之后非常后悔，酒店的服务人员非常不正规，本来入住的时候说明是双床房，可是给了张大床房，说会给加一张小床，可是等到晚上也没给加床，打电话问前台，接电话的又说当时没有说明，入住已经超过五个小时，不可以加了！
还有在海滩时，孩子玩累了，想喝杯水，前台说没有，可是转眼又给入住的人，端了一大盘子水杯，一杯水不至于这样吧！
还有酒店正规的路都没有，车子在旁边一走尘土飞扬。

The location on the beach was beautiful and secluded. The pool and the water was very nice.
I stayed in the poolside chino and would never stay there again, the room was overly molded and musty to the point that it was difficult to breath. Very bad for your health! I live in Thailand in a Thai style house, so my expectation around mold and wet-season mildew are very understanding, but this was unmanaged and the owners need to renovate badly!! Definitely not worth 100+ a night!!! The bathroom was rusted and molded as well with bad drainage so water would sit stagnant on the floor of the bathroom but we had no extra towels to clean it up.
The customer services was charming despite the terrible buildings and rooms. My rented snorkel gear, walked to another beach about 15 minutes away come to find out 40 minutes later the gear was broken. By the time we got back to the resort, we were exhausted and missed our chance to snorkel, the manager was very understanding and did not charge us for the gear.
Still for 100-200 a night, rooms should be clean, water should not be on the floor in the bathroom, extra towels should be provided and snorkel gear should work!!

Cozy room and nice beach, fine sand.It is a good choice for relaxing. The hotel restaurant provide fresh sea food every evening.But the price is around 2-3 times of Phuket.

Super great view of the bay and reasonable price of the food...We lived in the swimming pool side room. Room is neat with very well decoration. The staff is always with nice smile and quite helpful...only pity ting is the bath tube doesn't function for release water...and somewhere is still under construction

Nice hotel!! the reception staff was really friendly and helpfull .nice swimming pool, everything over there is nice. If next time I will stay this hotel again !!!!
