Good location across the road from the beach. Nice staff, and good breakfast. Rooms good except for the smell of Burger King.

Hardish beds, room stunk of Burger King, everytime we opened the door we smelt burgers!! Not nice. Although it went once the air-conditioning was on.

This hotel is just a road next to the town. It is opposite to the beach which is very convenience that you can swim and back to hotel for bath. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, some rooms have strong smell (smoking rooms?). And one side of my bathroom wall is transparent glass which is not convenience because I am staying with friend (not couple). In overall, I am satisfied with the hotel and will recommend it to my friends and families.
Walkable distance to the Patong Beach, in fact it is just opposite. A lot of seafood restaurants surrounding it. Seafood is very fresh and good price after bargain!
Not much facilities. Far from outdoor activity spots such as going to Phi-Phi Islands.

i went to Phuket on a golf weekend with 3 mates.That weekend we were playing 3 golf courses which was going to be expensive so we were saving money by booking a cheaper hotel.This hotel was cheap in price but great value.The location was great for our needs and the staff were always on hand to carry our clubs and arranging taxis etc
It is in a great location for the nightlife on Bangla Rd
Service at breakfast was not great
