60 international channels (1/3 are Thai speaking channels) to choose from. The room and bathroom is nice and clean. Fantastic view. Excellent service throughout the stay.

No DVD or VCD player or radio in the room. No iron available in room. (the hotel does not provide iron but provide pressing service) There should be channel guide for the tv.

My friend and I booked the deluxe room with free upgrade to 1 bedroom suite and it was well worth it. We had a suite on the 18th floor with excellent view and away from the noise of disco on the ground floor. The breakfast spread is excellent. The first hotel i've been to that serves half-boiled eggs and make french toast and pancakes upon request. The location is near enough to all the action and a short 10 min walk to the beach (although it seems longer in the hot sun). Throughout the stay the service by all the staff are excellent. Safe hotel as well.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tours can be booked at 1200-1500THB per person so please bargain your prices. The trip by bus to Phuket Town is actually a short trip of about 20-30min and it'll only cost you 25THB. You can board the bus pretty much anywhere along Thaweewong Road. Just flag it down.

I check in double room, Super Superior, its clean and nice. My girlfriend check in later, no embarrassing question, good security fri moped parking, I have 2 years early stay in this, ok its long at walking-distance to the beach, but Tuk-Tuk and motorbike-taxi its very cheap.I can recommend this hotel.

Nightlife Tip : its good.

- Large hotel - Large pool - In the centre of Patong

- Not by the beach - Excursions to Phi Phi expensive

If you intend to go to Phi Phi, do not book at the hotel but at one of these little agencys around. If you are a family, the hotel is a bit far from the beach 200 m around. However it has a good pool.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to Phi Phi but do not book at the hotel

fantastic views from the high floors

I stayed on the 17th floor in a suite but the standard was very poor 2/3 star accommodation at best. The toilet never worked properly after numerous visits from maintenance staff. The decor was very old and tired with water stained walls and ceilings also because it is so near to the bars and clubs it is very loud and noisy at night until the early hours and difficult to sleep I had to resort to using ear plugs to deaden the music from outside

Hotel Feature Tip : watch out for the all you can eat hotel buffet at 250 baht per person when you add on the expensive drinks, tax and service charges it is not cheap to eat there

Good location. Good Breakfeast. Excelent service. Room in good condition. Cleaning every day was fine. Very close to patoong beach.

Water in shower not stable... Hot... then cold... then hot...

Great hotel in the heart of patong with many small shops and places for eating. But if you want real good thaifood.. Go to the beach and buy food from local Thai people on motor cycle. Rent a blanket (20 Bath)on the beach and sit down, eat and enjoy the sun going down. Notice: Some rooms face "The party street" that continues to party until about 0200 with loaud music.. If you are not to loud music you might want to make sure your room does not face tis street.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : James Bond island.

The pool area is great and the room we were in was newly renovated in a very interesting style.

A little far from the sea and the street is not that great

The hotel is situated in a quiet area during the morning at night although there are a few clubs around we could not hear them.the trips we wanted to take through their traveling office where overprices .all in all its a pleasant hotel nice and clean and serves a good breakfast.I would recommend it if you plan to take day trips and or like staying next to the pool at the hotel however its to far from the beach .

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : there are many tour agencies on the main street you need to check the prices because you can bargain them down . we paid half for the tours of what the hotel would charge us. there is a good agency called Segol opposite Habad house try them.or any one on the main street

Location, views, food, room size,

Lack of local information,

We arrived late at night and the room-service was good but we were annoyed to find tax and service is added to all costs at the hotel. The hotal was pretty good overall and we would stay here again if in Patong. The local area was full of good restaurants and the beach was excellent

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Scuba diving and boat trips

Everything is well apanned and is all under one roof

Need to appoint a few Indians to guide indians.

The hospitality extended to me and my family was very good, the food suits indians, the hotel is neat clean hygenic and tidy. It is just hop step and jump to reach all shopping, entertainment and good to glance sexy girls at past evening and is very reasonably priced. My best wishes to thr hotel management.

Nightlife Tip : The best area to go around and spend time watching all types of incidents happening around phuket.

nice pool, nice rooms

not directly on the beach, not enough space at the pool, breakfast room too small

The hotel is very big and not very new but well maintained. The rooms are big, good equiped, clean and some new renovated. Pool is very nice incl pool bar. To the beach it's about 10 min to walk. Breakfast is standard choice but at the "rush hours" the room is too small and you've to queue and wait at every station. The staff is very professionell and friendly. If you can go w/o beachfront, I can recommend it.
