atmosphere breakfast

The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is basic and the facilities are good. The atmosphere is not so good, some parts of the hotel do not look so fancy and a bit sober. The breakfast has enough choices, but the capacity is to small, to many guest and to less food and service. Averall it is a fine price/ quality hotel.

Near Patong Beach, Bars & dining places.

Chairs at dining area have stains. The breakfast in Bangkok is much more better than Phuket's

I prefer a better service with this price.

Very nice rooms with balcony or terrace in the centre of Patong. Still quiet location and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

This is the place to stay if you would like to be close to the nightlife in Patong but still would like to have a quiet location. The hotel offers very nice and spacious rooms with balcony or terrace. A nice pool area which is located so you would not notice that you are in the middle of crowed Patong. Also in walking distance to the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff especially the guest relation girl from Japan.

Great service, wonderful lobby staff

Can get windy on the high floors of the tower.

A nice hotel that sprawls across several street blocks on Patong's main road, it's very easy to find. However without discounts I think the published room rate would be comparatively high. The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff were all very helpful. The only drawback during our stay was that the wind whipped around the balcony of our corner room in the main tower at such speed that my girlfriend was fearful of going outside! But of course that's not the hotel's fault.

Travel tip : The Hin Tung restaurant along the road to Kamala beach (about 10 minutes from Patong by tuk-tuk) has great food and great location, on hillside overlooking the sea and Patong.

The service is good. It has great facilities. the staff is friendly and very helpful. It's a good hotel for it's price.

they should build more rooms.

If you ever want to stay in a hotel in Phuket Thailand then the hotel to stay is the royal paradise. It has a great swimming pool it got many bars and restaurants. It has great staff to assist you with anything you need. They are friendly and well mannered staff members. It's central to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. I have stayed there twice now and i would stay there again if i travel to Phuket Thailand.

Facilities, Cleanliness, Staff Friendliness are good.

Location for activities is poor.

This hotel is located near MRT but not walkable to the entertainment or shopping locations. Good, clean rooms. Very good health club, restaurant. Staff speak English well enough to communicate.

Excellent view, 3 min from Bangla road main street. Nice room.

Not near the beach, 10-15min walk.

Excellent view over Patong beach, the hotel have 22 floors. The top floor is a Chinese restaurant. It is only 3 minutes walk to bangle road main street. Nice room. The hotel is really nice, big swimming-pool. The staff is friendly and help you if you need something. A big breakfast with lot to choose of. The only thing that I didn’t like is that is 10-15 minutes’ walk to the beach.

Nightlife Tip : Near Bangla Road.

Very good location, very friendly staff. Clean rooms, good food at top floor restaurant. Very good price the items in mini bar. Fair rates for laundry.

Old rooms in tower building, old bathrooms in the rooms. You get bored with the same breakfast for everyday!

the compulsory gala dinner at Christmas night was not as exciting as expected and didn't worth AU$90 per person; especially for ppl who are not Christians and don't celebrate Christmas. Hotel tours center was offering much more expensive tours than other tour services around the area.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Phi Phi Island tour price on brochures is more than 2000 Baht; the actual price is around 1100 Baht, same with James Bond Island. What ever you wanna buy and they ask for 450 Baht, it means you can buy it for 100 Baht !!!

Noise at the night.

Very comfortable. But it is so noisy because there are many Gay bars in front of room(royal wing).

Location is very central. Pool and surrounds are very lovely.

Smell of stale urine and cigarette smoke in older rooms is disgusting.

First impression was not at all good, we were shown to a room on the 8th floor, along a dirty hallway past rooms where guests had their doors open and were showering and using the toilet in full view. We were shown to a room which was clean but stank of stale urine and cigarette smoke. I had requested a non smoking room. I complained as the smell was making me feel very ill. I was then shown a room an the 18th floor which also had a foul smell. Eventually I was shown a room on the newly renovated 14th floor which did not smell and was very nice (thank goodness) but was required to pay and extra 400 baht a night for an identical room - just minus the smell, which made me very annoyed. Once over that hurdle everything else was very nice. The pool is just lovely, breakfast was good, location very central and staff pleasant. I would recommend staying here but book one of the newly renovated rooms and make sure you take proof that this is what you booked. When I booked it did say 'newly renovated' but I had no proof so had to pay up.

Travel tip : The walkway in front of the hotel is full of massage shops. Was unsure to start with of how dodgy they were but eventually went for a massage - just brilliant and very good value. Across the road from this walkway try 'Red Boat' for a meal - again very good value, just don't use the toilet while you are there!
