when we arrive to the hotel , it was fully booked so they upgrade us to a suite room which was very good plus the hotel has a perfect location the toilet stuck once but they fixed it when we arrive to the hotel , it was fully booked so they upgrade us to a suit room which very good plus the hotel has a perfect location near night life but not noisy, the pool is very nice with a bar. the staff was very nice and the breakfast was very rich. We are on our hooneymoon so we liked the hotel very much.

The hotel is good Location and close to shopping and not far from the beach They need to improve the ABF Breakfast and add other kind of food. The qaulity of the coffee was not good so they need to improve it.

nice friendly people working there far from beach, must walk through gayzone to get to entrance of hotel, rooms are old and in need of repair, toilets are in really bad shape, noise from construction on upper floors starting at 08.30 am!! Breakfast was pretty bad. If you want to stay in a nice room do not take the "paradise wing" for it is not paradise. It is old and shabby and the owners have not spent much to keep the rooms or toilets nice and repaired. It is a LONG walk to the beach although you can see the water from a higher floors. A lot of party noise from the streets below. Keep expectations low regarding breakfast. This is a TWO STAR property at best.

Nice poor and good breakfast. Room is not so clean and it's in a noise area... Totally it's a good hotel, it's in a very busy area of Puket, there's many night live club just near the hotel, I can directly see these bars from my room... internet connect is not free and quit expensive...
Swim poor is very nice, the beach is 10 min to hotel by feet, you can find many good restaurants on beach, it's very nice to have a dinner on the beach and see the beautful sea view.
Restaurant Tip : Lots of cheap restaurant just very close to the hotel.

Nothing bad, everything is an average level. I didn't use the swimming pool in 2nd floor, but it seemed nice. Convenient location, 10 min's walking to Carrefour. 7-11, food store all all around. we lived in royal wing, facing bar street, the music was noisy during the night and wouldn't stop until midnight. AC was making noise too. And when we just came in to the room, the air smelled ugly. We had to open balcony door for couple of hours to fresh the air. Overall it is a kind of tourist hotel, not a holiday hotel. Service was ok. This was the only hotel that requested deposit after I had paid fully to Agoda. The other 3 hotels didn't request deposit during my trip in Thailand. If you were a fan of night life, this maybe suits you. Out of the hotel lobby, there is a bar street. But I wanted to enjoy a peaceful stay.
Travel tip : Let's relax massage (the small one) is at the right side of the hotel street. within 5 min's walking.

Breakfast options are not enough With the consideration of price offer, the hotel give a fair value to the money. Except the facilities are not maintained at the best condition, it is an option to stay in a 4-star hotel in Patong Area. Also you can escape from the noisy area in the center of Patong.

near to shopping mall, nice food around, massage parlors close by, check-in and check-out process were speedy. breakfast so-so, shower head broken. overall we enjoyed our stay at Royal Paradise. it's close to almost everything and it's very convenient. staff are helpful most of the time. the drawback is the hotel close to gay clubs/bars, which may not suitable for children.
nice pool but the breakfast can be improved. also, the sound isolation is good between the rooms. there was a bunch of aussie kids next to our room and they were quite noisy, but from the room it's pretty isolated.
Shopping Tip : try the facial treatment in Junceylon mall, it's around 300 Baht, and it's well worth the price after a tiring day under the heat.

Excellent service and rooms clean and tidy, staff collaborator. Hotel near the night life, not so quiet. Hotel and an excellent location close to everything just 5 minutes to the beach and is fit for youth and families. Next time value of the same hotel, particularly in deluxe room.

The hotels location for me was perfect. The food at the buffet breakfast was also excellent with a large selection & variety. We booked 4 months in advance requesting a room on a high floor. Our room was on the 8th floor of the 24 floors available.
Two floors had renovations going on so from about 0730 each day there was a lot of noise like drilling & banging going on.
Our flight home was at 2220 & the hotel checkout time is at 1200 we did request late checkout in our booking but it's not free as they charge $200 Baht per hour after checkout so for the extra 7 hours it would have been cheaper for us to book another night. I have stayed in Patong beach a few times & this time choose the Royal Paradise for it's central location as I previously stayed in a cheaper hotel in a bad location & had to do a lot more walking to the hot spots. The Royal Paradise is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach & only 5 minutes to Bangla Road, Supermarket & Cinema. The pool was also a good selling point. I like staying in cheap hotels, The Royal Paradise is not the cheapest hotel in patong beach but I do think for the price of the rooms & its central location it is one of the best hotels in terms of value for money. I will stay there again next year.
Shopping Tip : The Carrefour supermarket & Cinema are located in the Jungceylon about 5 minutes walk along Rat-u-thit Rd.
