proximaty to everything. away from the noise of traffic. staff need more training. i have stayed. at this hotel on numerouse occassions and have always enjoyed my time there; as have te party of friends sometimes amounting to 10

good customer service, friendly staff i have stayed at the hotel several times, without doubt its finest selling point is its excellent customer service and friendly staff. the hotel has a mixture of modern facilities, coupled with old world charm. it has a touch of class, however its four star rating with its 2 star prices, make it one of the best bargain hotels you will find anywhere. it is very conveniently situated close to beach and evening entertainment. the breakfast buffet is good and offers a wide range of choice, also they offer a good evening buffet, which again offers good value. well done to all at the royal paradise for giving such excellent service to your customers.
Travel tip : very near to all shopping and night life facilities, as you walk out of the hotel and in a straight line you come to a good afternoon/night market, some bargains if you like to barter.

Location, Hotel reputation, Staff, Parking. Expensive, charges apply to anything starting from the use of the in room safe and upto the internet. It's a very good and classy hotel - the standard room is fine, with a balcony and nice view (depending on the floor) the two really annoying issues for me where the fact everything is highly prices and charged like in room safe, internet and etc.
Hotel Feature Tip : This hotel got three outside viewing elevators - great to watch in the night.

Good location close to everything
short walk to beach shops and restaurants
My wife and myself have been staing at this hotel over the last 10 years. We and have found it to be in a ideal position for us older people(who are not good with the noise at night).The pool area is great,the amenaties are also very good.
The food in the dining area has inproved over the last few years.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is close to shops and markets for all kinds of shoping (in the markets do hagle the prise its fun for all)

very near jungcylon shopping mall and Bangla road this hotel is very near the action shopping wise and night life wise. the lobby is a bit dull but the rooms are value for money, quite spacious and also very clean toilets and satellite tv. pool is big and the gym is very modern however you have to pay to use the Sauna They could put a set time for an hour or two where guests dont have to pay.
Nightlife Tip : go down Bangla road until you pass the people with the monitor lizards. just to the right you would see the lady boy show where all the lady boys dance on a small stair platform, if you want entertainment you gotta go there!

Very nice building...located in the heart of the city !! Over all the hotel is really good....The washrooms in the rooms needs to be renovated a bit as they look very old in comparison to the room !!...They should have some more vegetarian items in the breakfast i mean there were none except the fruits and the breads !!..but due to the location I think it is really nice to be put up as one can go down and walk around a lot !!
Nightlife Tip : The hotel is really located in centre of Phuket !!...everything is so near by the nightlife, discs , the beach ....It is really good fun to walk down for 5 mins and reach the best places you look around for !!

it was worset experinces as u cannot trust , feel safe for ur money and valuble items. better to keep ur entire money with u all the time.
-staff are very rude and unhelpfull.
I do not reccomend this hotel at all. the advantges:
1- location - near to the main market/ beach .
2- nice view
not safe to keep ur money and valuble item on safe box.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : better to book trips/ laundery services nearby shop.

preferred Double room, got twin, they pushed beds together. Got double room on 2nd day, but with no balcony Fairly satisfied with this Hotel, though it seemed to be that they gave everybody a twin room, and you only got a double the next day if you went back to them. Bell boys really good. Only a few hundred meters to good pub area. Swimming pool very pretty. About 10 mins walk to the beach

big swimming pool, and very quiet I love to stay here, my room is 18th floor,so i can see the city and the beach from my room. Besides that, i love swimming pool, it is so pretty and big. I spent all day to swim, read books and sleep on the pool, it is very wonderfull. I will stay this hotel if i got a chance back to Phuket

Location, price, good room, very helpful staff. Street noise if you are in the newer section. This is a nice hotel, with a great staff who attend all of your needs. They have nice rooms and my room had a great view of the ocean. . The hotel is centrally located I would stay here again for sure.
Shopping Tip : The Mall is great!

Nice friendly and efficient staff. Reception/Checkout under manned (1 person) early morning 7.30 am ! The Royal Paradise is a very nice hotel and serves customers well. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but overall a good hotel and I would stay there again.

all our request were filled as we wished for.
the hotel is very clean. locate in perfect locatoin. all our request were filled as we wished for. we got a room in 21st floor with sea-view. all hotels workers were extrimely nice and polite.
the hotel was very clean. locate in perfect locatoin - center of patong, 10 min walking to the beach. the pool is quite big. for conculsion, we stayed there on our honeymoon and enjoed our stay very much. will recommand to our family and friends.

Centralise, short distance to beach, shopping area etc It was my first visit to Phuket and it was really a very enjoyable and unforgettable trip. Beach was fantasic, Island hopping was cool, is like a paradise with a cheap price tag. Phuket Fantasy really live up to its name. Bangla street was fun with the crowd and it was like a city that never sleep. Definitely will be back again and will consider staying at Royal Paradise again!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try to source around for tour package and bargain for it, hotel tours are more expensive
