As far as I understand, the hotel staff knows about the roaches problem, but they'll smile and explain to you that it's because the central A/C pipes connect all the rooms, there is really nothing much they can do. And they'll tell you it's so small, that it's not a big deal, but when we see 3 - 5 a night, I think it's a problem they should deal with ASAP.

When we arrived at the hotel after a very long day or two in transit and lost luggage the hotel did not seem to have our booking and claimed that they were fully booked for the night. As it was about 11 pm and we had booked it at the airport we did not have the confirmation letter. After much fussing around they offered us two single beds which we weren't entirely happy with because the hotel was already paid for. We printed up the letter on their computer and after a few phone calls they had organised a room for us with a king-sized bed. Also one of the reception staff was extremely helpful when I was dealing with the airline that lost my luggage and for that I am very grateful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is the perfect hotel for a transit to Phi Phi as it is only 5-10 minutes from the Rasada Pier.

As we did not arrive until late and left early this was an ideal positioned hotel for us and would stay again if we needed to get to the ferry early in the morning.
Travel tip : Great hotel for transfering to Phi Phi island or Koh Lanta.

Great location for ferries This hotel is perfect for the ferry terminal to the Islands we were in transit to Koh Lanta The staff arranged everything for us it was so easy We arrived after dark and were a little lost but walking around this area feels safe we stayed twice once on this trip and would stay again

Environment, Breakfast, Staff Hotelet is located in central Phuket so it is only minutes walk to shops, banks and restaurants Hotelet has a very trevelig pool and have very friendly staff as they help to all when it is needed. Rumservis is good and breakfast is also good and restaurant is located the top floor and you have a wonderful view over the city and the sea.
