I agreed Royal city is the best hotel in Phuket town

Breakfast meals are ok, I know the hotel from the internet net work and the hotel agent helped me very much to choose where i should stay in Phuket before arriving.
Taxi driver knows the hotel location very well and the porter helped me bringing my luggages to the room.
The restaurant at 19th floor is good place to see the pPucket from the top
The hotel room is very comfortable, good tv program particularly for sport program.

The hotel is worth for the money I paid. It is centrally located in the Phuket Town. If you are looking for a hotel located in the Phuket town for transit or business, I recommend this hotel. Nevertheless, if you want to stay in Phuket for vacation, it will be better to stay the hotel which near the beach.

We only stayed here for 1night on transit to Koh l
Lanta and it was pleasant enough. This is a business hotel and not for beach go-ers or honeymooners. The breakfast buffet selection was incredible-with continental and local Thai breakfast options including a variety of fresh fruits.

Stay at Royal Phuket City Hotel

I stayed for one night at Royal Phuket City Hotel to get on the next day the ferry to Koh Phi Phi.
Arriving at the hotel we were welcomed very nice and the staff was very helpful and kind as well as the check in was very quick.
We had a double room deluxe and it was all very nice and clean.
They also arranged ferry ticket as well as the drive to the terminal.
The breakfast the next morning was just great, everything available from american, continental breakfast to asian one.
All together I would always book this hotel when staying in Phuket.

restaurant at the top floor plus beautiful view of andaman and the city balcony at the 19th flook to chill 555.
The hotel is well organize plus good management i just showed the resovation letter from agoda and the hotel staff just handed me the envelope which everything is in there.they were kind we got a room which is at the side has 2 big windows both views are the mountains and the sea.the hotel got a cute pull and a great fitness center to exercise.
We had a good time. Cheers

Royal puket city hotel was clean and orderly but unfortunately hotel area was too far from central places like patong beach . Hotel price was not bed for that season . generally me and my wife like the hotel . Great location, centre of city for continuing travel, pleasant staff, clean room, large bath, very cost effective. Good value.

We were travelling by bus to Koh Samui and this hotel provided a very welcome place to stay. It was close the the bus station and shuttles to the airport, close to shopping and the night market. There were ample restaurants close by as well. We were very happy with our location, the staff and the breakfast buffet in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Travel tip:
close to all you need in a city center. night market was around the corner and the bus station across the street.
