Friendly staff at a relatively new hotel

It was a journey from the airport to the hotel, approx. 40 minutes.
Room is spacious and clean, nothing to complain about. However, view from the hotel room would not be comparable to hotels located uphill or by the beach. It would have been more fabulous if there is a mini safe, hair dryer and bathtub!!
Travelled with my family and having a senior around is not easy. With the pool and spa offered at the hotel, it helps to make senior more comfortable without much walking.
Breakfast spread is fine and tasty. Food at the restaurant is good. Service with a smile and it would be a great place for family with old and young alike.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Day tours are readily available for reference. Eco-adventures, island-hopping, water activities and attractions like Big Buddha would pack the trip with great view and experience.
Shopping and local delights is fun at the weekend market since major malls is much similar to what is available at home. Be prepared to walk if you would like to experience local food/ lifestyle and shopping around the hotel. If not, they are always reachable around 5 - 10 mins on the wheels.

First of all, the Hotel looked a little big different on the photos from the Interent than it actually was. The sourrounding of the Hotel is more a residental area. The hotel is divided in two buildings, one of them with the rooms and the other one is a five floor building with a restaurant, a karaoke bar (which is quite loud untill midnight), a fitnesscenter (60 baht per day for hotel giuest), a Thai massage (we were not really satisfied with the service) and on the bottom floor another restaurant for the breakfest.
Rooms where clean and equiped ith flat Tv and Mini bar. The pool is between the two buildings and therefore not very sunny.
All in all it was ok for the price and the staff was friendly.
Shopping Tip:
There is quite a newe and big shopping mall called Festival center near the hotel.

A/C capacity could not acccomodate size of the room hence quite hot and could not sleep well. Gym have to pay extra and too crowded.
Will not return to this hotel again.

Lovely rooms and facilities

A great stay with friendly staff. However, as we were due to leave early (5.50 am), we requested the breakfast in a box so we could bring it with us. Despite being promised this service, we had to leave without our breakfast since it they were yet not done with it at 5.55 am. The rooms were quiet and spacy.

I highly recommend this hotel. It has good standard, nice employees and has a quite central position in Phuket. The accomodationprice is low and the food is good. I will come back again, thats for sure.

Located in Phuket town. This new hotel is fairly new and clean. Everything works and I stay there while on business in Phuket. Do not stay here if you are looking to stay near beach.

hotel s. b living place is located in phuket town, quite near the airport. best place to stay if visiting the vegetarian festival during month of october. many shop around, food stalls plenty, taxi is difficult to get but hotel do have taxi men to get you around. transportation is way difficult and expensive .hotel outlook is quite plesentable with swimming pool . room is big , air condintion is wooking well, very cold. bed is big and comfortable, clean no complaint with room with this price. receptionish is not too good as communication is diffecult as they speak very fews english word. they are quite helpfull. safe place to stay and walk around even at night no problem. breadfest is not up to expectation, as not much choice. location is good quite near to central festival shopping centre and massage place is also cheap just round the corner

Dirty rooms in convenient location

Nice new building and great food until......I found the furniture in my room (old with mold), the towels (old like rags), the dish washing sink (came with complimentary stale food!) and very dirty toilet. They also stated their mosquito/ pest control with DDT while I was next to their restaurant!!! And yes, all the fumes covered the entire restaurant and kitchen with their staff in it!
Travel tip:
The walk in rate is 1000, so why bother book?
