Nice hotel with very friendly staff.
Great location great pool.
9.3
Staff were great. The rooms are very clean and the grounds are
well maintained. The location was good for shopping and the beach was very close. Unfortuneatly because the hotel was close to entertainment which went on all night it made sleeping difficult.
Travel tip:
Take ear plugs for sleeping at night.

A really nice hotel
Location, pool, breakfast
8.3
This is a really nice hotel located on Patong Beach Road right across from the beach. The pool and garden areas are beautiful. The staff are really friendly and nothing is a problem for them. The breakfast is provided in a restaurant alongside the hotel and is served to you at your table. The breakfast choice is quite reasonable. The location of the hotel is both good and bad. Good because it is right next the the action in Bangla Road but bad because the thumping music can be heard all night until 6 a.m. im the morning. The rooms are quite large and clean. I would definately stay here again if I could find better ear plugs.

Amazing location!
The location was quite convenient! Just off the main strip of clubs and around the corner from the beach.
9.3
The great thing about the location of this hotel is that it's not actually on Bangla Road, but just off it so you're not actually in all the craziness. I never thought it was too loud or anything. The hotel itself was very nice and relaxing. I got wireless internet from the balcony of my room overlooking the pool. The front desk staff were very helpful with everything. They helped us get tickets to shows, helped us arrange our travel plans, and ordered a taxi back to the airport for us. Patong beach is literally a few meters away from the hotel. One of the best possible locations for a hotel in this area of Phuket! We plan on coming back to stay at this hotel.

Hotel location was very good, Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem was when we were woken at 04:00 by the throbbing low frequency of the music from the techo Disco behind the hotel. This continued till 06:40. We asked at reception whether there were other rooms available, across the road at their beach wing, but none were avaialable until for 2 more nights. So went back to our room, booked another hotel, forefitted the cost of 2 rooms for a night as we cancelled the remainder of the reservation at the Safari. When asking at the desk the cost of transport to the next hotel, the receptionist informed me it was 400 baht, at which point I laughed at her, she then let me know that that was the cost per person!!!! so 1600 baht to go further up the beach, Went and got a taxi off the street for 150 Baht for all of us. Only stay at this hotel if you are a devoted party goer and will be out till the disco ends, or you have the ability to sleep through the second coming!!!!
Travel tip:
Poor breakfast, better available close by.

We stayed only one night at this hotel. The room was a bit run down and needed updating. The staff when above and beyond for us. We checked in really late and were worried about missing our flight. A staff member whose name sounded like Nathan, checked us in quickly and called us in the morning to make sure we made our early flight. He was very helpful and seemed to really care.

the hotel is not yet ready
Staff, free Wi-fi, location
6.3
when we check int the hotel, they still under renovation, you can see a lot of stuff on the hallway. If this is a new hotel, the design is kind of old style, they still use a real "key" . which i dont think that's secured.
there's no breakfast buffet.
Anyway, the location of the hotel is good! more important is the hotel staff is nice.

Good location but not as good as what photos
5.3
Luckily I never paid too much for it but it was sufficient for a one night stay. Wouldn't do it for a long term stay
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla rd for as much fun as you can handle.
