The hotel is centrally located, very close to the Bangkok Hospital. But it's some distance from Patong Beach and Phuket Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are large and very clean. Nice budget place for a business trip. Highly recommended.

this is the recommend hotel in town of phuket , it near bangkok hospital phuket which you can enjoy nice local food of phuket and can go to central festival phuket in 10 min , and cheap price , but if you want to enjoy the beach , it far way about almost 20 KM and it not easy to go there , the environment is quiet also

b sure tht u got a correct key of ur room by calling out to operator fr a bed side phone
they have no food/mealservice but they have bread n coffee/tea tsble to serve urself in the morning.

tofu drink n sweet r so yummy. just few mins by walk

Great Place, In the heart of Phuket town

it was a spacious room in the heart of phuket town. i was surprised when i saw the room ( with their incredibly low price ). the hotel staff and the owner ( i think? ) were very helpful and friendly when i checked in soooooo late. they answered all my questions and even tried to find some from the internet for me. i was really appreciated it. ans also, it was easy to access to the local food. for me, i didn't pay much attention to the seafood so i felt like i was in the right place!! definitely wanna go back there.
one comment for the bathroom. please pay attention to the little details to the cleanliness.

second visit of ours! staff is welcoming as always. great bed + big clean room are probably the best feature of this serviced apartment! great location, many banks, hospital, laundry, food places around. love it!
Restaurant Tip:
in the evening, come out of the hotel, turn left to find a soya milk booth thats famous in the area. keep right for local food down the road is also recommended. turn right from the hotel for laundry auntie.
