Easy going and private.

I forgot my camera charger and battery. If they've kept it in lost and found, then I would go back and stay there again for pick up.

Nice but very far from everything
The staff was nice, the price was right, they had shuttles to local attractions

Although the staff was nice, their English was not the best. The room was ok, though the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The worst part was that this was very far from everything and it was expensive to get anywhere. They had some free shuttles during certain hours to local attractions, but there wasn't much nearby.

Friendly, helpful, laid back accomodation
The couple that run it could not have been more friendly and helpful. They booked all our transfers and showed me around

They serve a western breakfast (many English and Irish guests) and Sunday roast.
Really friendly couple and a lovely bar and pool area. Away from the tourist madness. Loved the laid back atmosphere.

Call ahead and they can arrange to collect you from Phuket airport.

It is a home stay,but the room/house is detached,and the owner is very kindhearted.
The living condition is nice.
There is a beautiful cat and a naughty parrot.

After reading Trip Advisor, we decided to give this place a try for a budget stay for a few nights. Although the staff is very friendly, the facilities are lacking. The pool is very clean but small. Our room was average with very overpriced mini bar items. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have been in on my entire one month trip. The owners are friendly, and will give you a car tour of the immediate area, which was nice. You will be very isolated from the main town of Phuket, which will cost at least 400 Thai baht one way.

This resort is far away from the main town of old town Phuket, so you will be isolated, and it will cost you at least 400 Thai baht to go just one way into town. The pool is very small, and the surrounding area of the pool is cramped. Although the staff is very friendly and attentive, the actual lodging is lacking. Our room was average, with an expensive mini bar and very uncomfortable bed. We were disappointed after reading Trip Advisor to find the resort was only average.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Suitable for older couples (age 50+) or families with small children. Not a romantic environment at all. Owners are very friendly and accomodating.

remarkable value B&B. it's located approx 1 x hours drive from Phuket the staff will arrange for a driver to collect you from the Airport. this is a good idea as it'll save you money cost around 700-800TBh each way.
we hired one of the motorscooters whilst we stayed here plenty of interesting places to visit make sure you check out Rawai a fantastic place for lunch opposite the Beach where you get the chance to buy live or Fresh Fish, Oysters Clams, Lobsters even Abalone from the Fishermen which can be cooked for a mere 100Bh/Kg
Highly recommend staying here!

we are staying here whilst visiting Kiang Mai. the location is very handy within a few minutes stroll to the Kiang Mai
the hotel is quite upmarket for this area . has a reasonable sized pool. comfy bed:) we would definitely choose to stay here again if we were to return
Restaurant Tip:
Cha restaurant a few doors down has great food at a reasonable price
