great resort , fantastic staff
great service & great value for money

still under construction but is looking very good for most of hotel, rooms are spacious, clean with everything you need. pool is great and staff are fantastic. got a great price for room (perhaps due to low season) not sure. restaurant is good and very cheap, chefs very friendly. negative is that it is a little removed from main markets, beach and nightlife so it's about a $6 (aus) tuk tuk ride each way when you want to travel in . can be a little annoying when with a large group who are in and out all day. still a great hotel , clean , large rooms and a decent sized pool with bar. you could not leave the hotel and still have a relaxing Thai holiday.

Nice hotel and worth for money!
Friendly staff and good wifi
7.3
We were upgraded to superior room when we arrived.
Everything ok! The room is big, comfortable and clean!
Near to the heart of Patong.
The only problem is the swimming pool not so clean, maybe the pool's water filter not good enough?!?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try to rent a motorbike and u can easily travel to many places as you wish!

lovely & clean hotel with friendly hotel staffs.
clean hotel room. friendly staffs with warm greetings.
6.7
Nice hotel but a bit far from patong beach & bangla road, ie; about 20 mins walk.
Shopping Tip:
Don't forget to bargain. Price will be far more cheaper than actual price. A visit to night market in Phuket town is a must. Price is much cheaper than Bangla Road.

With such good room rate (night), overall was acceptable.
There are lots of room for the hotel to improve, e.g. security, cleanliness, etc.

Lovely boutique hotel with nice service
Nice and comfortable room. Hotel feels very cosy throughout

Nice boutique hotel. Generally felt very welcome throughout the stay.
Service was very good. The bellhop, guest relations officer and the reception was always on hand to attend to our needs and requests.
Was a little let down by the service in the hotel restaurant though. Was staffed only by a trainee who seemed lost when we tried to ask for certain things like water. Kept having to refer to her seniors.

Travel tip:
Juncelon shopping, food, movies its all there 5 minutes from the hotel. Beach a 5 minute stroll.

we were offered a delicious glass of pandan iced tea upon checkin. the rooms are comfortable, and quiet. the hotel's a good walk from the beach and nightlife, but definitely walkable if you're used to city walking. next to the hotel is a family mart to pick up drinks and snacks, but also a friendly fruit stand across the street. great way to try some local produce. also for breakfast, there are street carts that are popular with the locals. the couple with coconut sticky rice sells out easily after 9am!

Sawaddi is a very nice hotel. It's about a 15 minute walk into Bangla Road, so it is away from any noise.

good rooms but bad location

the location quite far from juncylon, but there's a limited shuttle to get there. The overall service is good. the breakfast is lack variety.
