- 01 Oct 07– 31 May, 08 : Build up the structure of Room No.5-14 and the noise will occur from hammering or nailing only; however, this area is away from the assigned rooms for In house guest so they will not effected with any noise Working hour of construction will be during 10.00 am -19.00 pm
- 01 Jun- 14 Sep, 08 : Process of Interior decoration and most of the materials will be produced outside the site and will be built in the room later on so none of the noise will be annoyed In house guests during that time.
- 15 Sep-20 Sep,08 : Complete of project and Operation will clean up all area.
- 20-30 Sep,08 : Trial run period in order to ensure in the completion of
