Convenient arrangement, pool, the budget Absence of balconies regarding rooms on 2 floor Hotel in foot availability up to the main places: a beach, Bangla, shops.
It is located at road, but to too time deep into. Noise from road does not stir. In hotel there is a small pool that is very pleasant for budgetary hotel. Territory not so greater, but tidy. Not all rooms on the second floor have balconies, and through terrase on a ground floor regarding rooms neighbours go. At restaurant at hotel inexpensive and very tasty sea food.

good balance on quality/Price/situation breakfast could be improved concerning choices. second time i stay in this hotel. First time was last year, same period. Balance between price/quality/situation is really a good compromise. 300 meters from beach, from Robinson Mall/Carrefour and Bangla street. Quite central. Rooms are clean, large, comfortable and bathroom too. View on swimming pool which is very nice with it s tropical garden all around. Breakfast buffet is ok, close to swimming pool and view on it. No noise, quiet and safe. safety box room which is interesting for tourists. i recommand this hotel for those who don t like to spend too much but like quality. staff very nice.

the hotel is centrally located, very close to all the nightlife and entertainment spots. they need to put mosquito repellents in all the rooms, as there are a lot of mosquitoes. this is a good and affordable place to stay, very close to all the nightlife and the entertainment spots, and very close to Jungceylon which is a huge shopping mall, and a great place to shop and also has a very nice food court. The rooms are comfortable and all rooms are pool facing. The morning breakfast is also fine. Overall a good place to stay if you are a budget traveler.

Good hotel for the price we paid Too many sleezy massage parlours on the way to the beach. This hotel was located between the shopping area and the nightlife. Also, there are a whole bunch restaurants inbetween so the location was quite nice. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach. The only problem is that you have to walk through a bunch of sleezy massage parlours and annoying shopkeepers to get to the beach. The overall service and cleanliness at this hotel was quite nice. Its not such a great place for couples or families but good for a group of friends. For the price we paid the rooms were huge and the Thai Massages at the hotel were brilliant.
Travel tip : Be careful of pick pockets at night. Our pockets got picked outside our hotel but we managed to get our stuff back.
The beach was beautiful but the water was very rough (i guess its because of the monsoons june-august). Other than that I'd say our hotel was very centrally located even though it was not on the beach.

The rooms were clean, airconditioned and contained all that we needed for our stay. After all, we were only sleeping there.
Shopping Tip : The best shopping close by is at the markets down opposite the Holiday Inn Buskaporn wing. They are much cheaper than the beach side and the little rotunda bars are great.

Breakfast was fairly ordinary, but okay. Lunches and dinners were very nice, not too expensive. Only a little dearer than the street restaurants.
Also there was a guitarist playing every night at the restaurant. He could sing any request, making it a great atmosphere.
Travel tip : There was a little Internet cafe just across the road. Very cheap. Also taxis and tuk tuk just outside to take to where ever you wish to go. ATM also just across the road.

Our group of six were surprised at the standard of the rooms when the first impressions of the pool area looked good. If you don't look for ambience in a room, then it would be OK, but we made the best of it, knowing we would not stay there again.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is in a fairly good position - walking distance to the Jungceylon shopping centre and markets made the stay easier.

You can find all kinds of services and activities very close to the hotel, such as motorbike rent, shopping, laundry (hotel laundry is expensive, you can find the service outside easily which only charges 50 bath/kg or 10 bath/piece), restaurant, travel agent. Very convenient.

Small, clean, quiet hotel. Well priced and wonderfully located. Close to all the night life and just across the road from the brilliant new shopping centre - Jungceylon. No complaints really.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You have to go on the John Gray Canoe tour. THe caves are absolutely spectacular

If you want a very quiet place it's not the place. But if you want to be near from the nightlife, the beach and the commercial center it's perfect !

部屋が広くて開放間があります。
三角まくらのソファーが快適です。
プール横のレストランはいい感じです。 なぜか床がザラザラしていました。
シャワールームに古さを感じます。 今回は一人旅行でしたので利用しませんでしたが、雰囲気のいいプールサイドのレストランがあり、家族などで来られている方は楽しそうでした。
とても満足とは言えませんが、不満も無いホテルです。
