Mark S. Couples New Zealand, January 21, 2013	Amazing Service Pools and quiet end of Patong 8.7 Absolutelu loved this hotel. Right from check in where the greeting was warm and genuine to the checkout where they made showers and airconditioned tea rooms to wait for the taxi. The Swimming pools are fantastic although there is limited seating when the hotel is full. On the last day the staff went out of their way to fetch two more chairs though which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was fresh and substantial - one of the best buffets I've had in Thailand. I highly reccommend this property to all.

Poor lighting, old tube TV, and we booked a 'Deluxe' over priced room. Gray colored towels and very thread bare. Internet would not work correctly and it took three days and many visits from the 'technical' to figure out that we were not fabricating a bad system. Nice staff, but would have been a better stay if price was $100 per night. Restaurant Tip: Sea Hag restaurant a short walk and off the beach road. Excellent.

Hotel is located close to Patong area and you can walk to see the night life. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. They can speak English pretty good. We will come back for our next vacation in Phuket. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: close to Patong area.
