Although the location was at the other end of the beach, the fact tat its away from the busy spot makes it all peaceful n serene. service was acceptable. room considered cheap but really nice.
breakfast is good too. maybe they should remove the trees which are blocking the 3rd level rooms view of the sea.

Staff was bad and unfriendly.The street in front of the hotel was noisy. We didn't enjoy staying at the hotel. Workers were lazy and unfriendly. We dind't pay much, so we changed to another hotel. However it is ok for buget hotel.

rooms and bathrooms are superb the compulsory news year dinner should be an option great stay . well fitted out and comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : must make an effort to see the rest of the island and its beaches

Small room, shower mold, dysfunctional shower, far from everything. The hotel was not what we expected for the money. The hotel was the last on the strip in front of a mediocre beach. The shower was broken, there was mold in the bathroom, and the room was old and worn. They did make a nice honeymoon flower & towel design on our bed!

The location, the friendly staff, the room, the satellite TV channels (compared to other hotels), the well kept grounds and last but not least, THE VIEW! Western food a little strange, restaurant prices were up there comparatively, the first room we had on the second floor got quite moist with humidity but when we asked to change it was no problem. That is being picky though! The Staff were at all times friendly helpful and smiling! The breakfast buffet had good range and the pools and ground were immaculate! This place is as good as the pictures look. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again!
As far as location goes, Patong is a small town and we found it no problem to walk to the action. The beach is across the road and it is all very very nice!
On the down side, room service was a little hit and miss, in all honesty, we had one meal that was magic, and one meal that was really not. When we addressed the problem politely with staff, the meal was exchanged, difference paid to us without even asking and the manager and head chef came to our room to personally apologise. This is a hotel that takes it's customer service really seriously!
Shopping Tip : Take a bus, tuk tuk or taxi to old Phuket Town to shop before you buy anything in Patong to get a realistic idea of what food and clothing should cost in Phuket. If you take a taxi ask about 2 way price, some will do a better price to take you both ways.

Newly built hotel with very large swimming pool. Communication with reception was very poor, and we were charged double in fare for taxi back to airport. Patong Seaview was nothing I had expected....we checked in much later in the day and yet our rooms still weren't ready, after sending us to 2 unrequested rooms we then changed once more the following morning to our actually reservation grade. Reception didn't seem to work as a team and it was a constant struggle to get any assistants from them..including arranging a wake up call!! Location is ok away from the hustle and bustle and the hotel is beautiful, just a shame the service didn't match.

Nice resort with nice rooms. Eating or ordering food is expensive. Good location at the end of Patong Beach which makes this resort quiet. It has nice swimming pools and overall look is very nice! I think they ask too much for the food but that is just my opinion. Overall a nice resort.

the pool was not deep at all. bad for swimming. We chose this hotel for our last night in phuket. It was ok for the price you paid. It's not as close as the other hotels to the beach or to Bangla Road so we had to walk quite a bit to get to the beach. The pool was pretty small and very shallow so swmimming wasn't that enjoyable. the staff was nice but because of the location of the hotel it was also difficult to get a taxi or a tuk tuk to go anywhere. For women travelers a little scary to walk to the hotel at night. The rooms were clean and pretty nice, which was the only nice thing about this hotel.

This hotel is good for transit when you arrive in Phuket at night time, so you do not waste the money. It is very far from the Patong beach.

Hotel Feature Tip : Don't take the mugs from the rooms outside. I put one down by the pool, someone picked it up and I was charged for it.
