Hotel ppl r friendly n helpful. Hotel is located at the end of the patong beach. To get to the town is kinda far. Remember to place the soil towels in the room or pass it to the room service else when u check out they gonna charge. Bside, if u were to b three person in da room remember to book thru website coz last minute add will b charge by hotel n it's expensive. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If u r looking for activities like rafting, elephant tracking, island n etc. remember to bargain n do some survey to get a better price. U may get the aiport taxi number for ur departure day to airport coz is cheaper. Never trust the taxi n 'tuk tuk' in front of the hotel coz they r all con man. I will definitely not recommend this hotel.

well mannered staff,flexible staff,nicely maintained hotel envoirnment and rooms.rooms are very hygenic,room services best.hotel manager is helpful. hotel should inform customer if they are unable to allocate room type which has been requested by customer or inform for an alternative arrangement.afterwards i stayed with my family and kid in seaview patong for 5 nights october.during our stay we found that hotel exceeded our expectations and services,facilities provided were of standard type. rooms are very neatly maintained,toilets were hygenic as we were with our daughter so taking extre precautions these points. very safe place and surrounding area for family stay. breakfast provided in the hotel were too good. market is nearby and for urgent items one can walk down to family mart just a minute walk from hotel. amazing sea view from hotel rooms - sea view rooms. this hotel made our trip to phuket.

Fabulous breakfast, nice pool Lack of English amongst the staff A group of 9 of us stayed at Seaview. It was great to be so close to the action of Patong but not stuck in the middle of it, everywhere is within walking distance. I was really impressed with the selection at breakfast and we spent a lot of time sampling the buffet! The service is not so great in reception, it took a long time to get checked in and then rooms which were supposed to be twins were actually doubles and vice versa. A friend had a mouse in their room and rather than move them they set a trap for the mouse! Eventually they got moved but it was in the middle of the next night when scurrying sounds told them the mouse had not been caught.

I like the location where the hotel is located, just in front of beautiful sea bay, away from crowded area but still reachable to main market area by 10 min walk. Free breakfast provided every morning was delicious and fantastic. Worth your every single cent you spent to stay in this hotel. And swimming pool is big and beautiful. I will definitely will visit again with my family.

Nice hotel, lovely view from room, great pool and good breakfast! drinking in the hotel was a bit expensive ,,,, better off going 2 mins down the road to seven eleven and buying from there! everything else was fine Seaview patong hotel was nice, it was at the end of the beach so you didnt have loads of people trying to sell you things!! .... except for the hotel is not on the beach (unlike the hotel say's it is) but it is literally accross the road. the hotel pool's were wonderful, clean and relaxing ... its worth walking to seven eleven up the road (2 mins) to get your drinks as the hotel is fairly expensive!! and food outside the hotel is worth having again, good food and at better prices than the hotel itself, but breakfast in the hotel was great and worth getting it included!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : if you go "over the hill" past the hotel, you get to paridise beach, and is a lovely beach and worth going there for a day, about 5/10 mins from hotel

The wiew is by far the best feature of this hotel.Restaurant and bar staff very good,as was the food,and the breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were disorganized,not that friendly and their english was very limited. Was disappointed from the start,as no one helped us with our baggage up the atairs to the reception area.Then they sort of just leave you sitting to one side whilst they get there act together,weird!The beds are like lying on cement,very hard,and they have those stupid duvet on the bed,so you have to have your air conditioner really cold so you don't sweat to death.The bolster pillows thet put accross the bed really stunk,they obviously hadn't been washed for some time.The room wasn't that clean,every time i had a shower black hair would come out from under the bath mat(gross). The pool was quite pretty but not very functional as it is soo shallow.We had a drama at the end paying some bills.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the hotel location on the beach, in nice area plenty off nature. easy to shose your tourist schedule. and the most wounderfull is to take the fast boat to visit phi phi island, swim in maya bay, visit the monkey beach , khai island.

- Quiet This hotel made our stay in Patong excellent. Though many complain about the distance we found no problem with that as it was nice to walk along the beach. So if you are young and looking to spend your holiday at Bangla Road, there are more strategic hotels nearby.
Will definitely come back to stay here.

Position of the hotel was wonderful- just far enough away from busy Patong centre for a relaxed atmosphere, but close enough to get into the atmosphere when we wanted. Staff were amazingly attentive, friendly and competent.
Breakfast and dinners were great with a wide selection of foods. Prices were reasonable. The hotel's appearance met our expectations on all levels. None really, but smallish bathroom would be the only weakness mentionable. The Seaview hotel delivered a wonderful holiday experience. From arrival staff were friendly, helpful and fun to be around. The pool area was a pleasure to use and the food/bar service was excellent. Our room was clean and met our requirements. We would highly recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay there again ourselves.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just down the road we hired a scooter for the day from a street vendor. His price of Aus $12 a day was great value and an amazing way to see Patong and join the crazy traffic- a bit hairy at times.
He let us leave the scooter at our hotel and hand the keys and helmets in to reception at the end of the day. This was very convenient for us. Great service all round.

Architecture; Quiet Location; Nice beach Distance from Patong activities, shopping, and restaurants. A nice hotel with good possibilities. However, we found the reception staff difficult to converse with due to their English skills. Check in was a bit disorganized as she kept asking details about our booking that she could have easily gotten from the booking receipt form Agoda. She had to attend to the phone, other guests, and referring to other staff during our check-in. There was also quite a bit of mis-communication when we tried to book restaurant reservations on the second day before she could understand what we needed, when, and where. The rest of the staff were quite helpful and friendly.
A nice quiet location however, much too far from Patong activities. Tuk tuks would come every now and then but most of the time we had to walk 10minutes. However, they did have a nice beach area once the tide left.
The rooms were a bit old and in need of updating. this after we asked to be moved to the sea view rooms we requested on the reservation. Seems a standard in Patong to try to stick you to a room facing the next building unless you insisted on a better one. The usual claim is no rooms available but they find one anyways and you notice the hotel isn't full so they could have given you one in the first place. Another standard we noticed, which we experience here as well, is inflexibility in late checkouts. They prefer we take luggage storage and some bath facilities. Considering the hotel was not full they could have given us the 3 hour late check out without inconvenience other guests.

Caring staffs - who fixed the coffee maker in front of me, who brought me some herb after knowing that I was not well, who spoke to me in Mandarin, who greet me with the fantastic smile everyday of my stay with the hotel! No specific point to mention but would like to suggest that the hotel to have some free shuttle service to bring the guests to patong town every hour I had spent my honeymoon break in Patong Seaview hotel which I had no regret selecting this hotel. This hotel is filled with friendly staffs who are helpful, cheerful and make my honeymoon trip memorable. I will definitely visit this hotel again!
Shopping Tip : I found that the money exchange booth near the hotel offers the best rate for money exchange than any other supplier in Phuket town. Do check it out =)

We thought that we would have had a sea view room our room plain compared to the room my sister had and both were superior rooms The Seaview Patong Hotel is a beautiful hotel , which is located in Patong and it is close by to the beaches and within walking distance to all the night life and the market stalls wher you can shop forever the people of Patong are very friendly . we found Phuket extremly clean and very great place to eat out at many of the local restarants
Travel tip : I fel ill at the hotel and needed to see a docter the hotel duty manager arranged a driver to take me to the hospital on two occasions and they made sure that I was O K on my return from the hospital they realy went out of ther way for me and I thank them very much for that.

Well kept clean hotel with friendly staff The hotel is away from the action but this may be a blessing to some. This hotel is a well run, clean rooms and decent breakfast.
Although it has been around for a while it is well maintained and clean. The pools are good with a number to chose from. Being an older hotel it is a bit of a rabbit warren. The sea views are great!
