was great. Everyone was highly helpfull except for 2-3 problems. guest in the room next to u can get in to yours though the balcony if they want to! The security locker got messed up at 8 pm and could be opened only after 12 hours. The lady at the front desk is helpfull but you can find that the same packages she offers for 1600 bahts are available outside just for 900 Bahts!!

everything perfect including the information given by the tour operator of the hotel. Just take information from her,and dont book anything . She charges you around 2000 baht for a james Bond island trip while the same was available for 900 outside.
