Our 40 sqm standard room type offers lagoon, pool or tropical coconut garden views with a private balcony. Guests can enjoy a king bed or 2 twin beds and each room has a sitting area complete with 2 arm chairs, coffee table plus dressing/working table with 1 chair.

Our 45 sqm, Grande Rooms were added to the resort in 2006. With a modern twist on traditional style, it offers a private balcony overlooking the lagoon. If you like being in an exclusive resort hotel and don't plan on going anywhere else in Phuket, then this would be the place since there is a beach right by the hotel and a few local restaurants along the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. For Sheraton standards, the hallways need to be renovated and had a smell to it to, even the room when we walked in. You are about 30 minutes away from Patong and even further from Phuket town so if you want to explore Phuket, this wouldn't be the most convenient location. I was definitely expecting a lot more from The Sheraton Grand Hotel considering the price we paid. Although the service was great and the room itself was clean and comfortable, I'd have to say that the exterior part of the rooms (hallways esepcially) isn't very attractive and had a smell to them. The food was ok for the money you pay especially since you can get a much more delicious meal at a local restaurant for half the price. If you are planning on checking it out, make sure you ask for a room in the newly renovated part of the hotel.

grand beach\nnice pool\nsimply the best can't find any problem with this hotel The best hotel in town by far. Nice clean room, grand beach with white sands and blue sea, palm trees everywhere. there are even two elephants, buffet is good, swimming pool great. Must take a free ferry tour to see banyan tree hotel and dining at Lotus is a good option. For money's worth, there is no better in town than Sheraton, another pleasant stay there, thank you Sheraton! I will be back again for sure.
