Place is well structured and nicely arranged.
Italian restaurant Far away from the real life at Phuket

Overprized services (Minibus 500 bhat per person for a ride of 15 min to the airport)
Thai restaurant.
Breakfast at McDonald is more relaxing. Very crowded and noisy there. Beach and bay is very beautiful for sunbathing, walking and swimming although the sea could be very rouhg there.
For a luxury Resort the room where we stayed was quite old and the "old school" furniture looked used. The smell was quite unpleasing.
All the services around (taxi, minibus, scooter rental, food, dining, shopping etc) are overprized and you can get better Thai food outside the hotel.
The staff is not that professional it should be for a place like that. There were a misunderstanding of a room bill and two discussions with the staff was not enough to clarify t. Afterwards I recieved a email and we had to discuss it once again. But the check-in proceduer was very friendly and anxious because we did the reservation just one day before arrival.

this hotel is really perfect the hotel texi is too expensive Sheraton really provide service to us, we have good time there, and shampoo and both gel is nice to use.all staff are nice.

The room was very nice, modern and clean. The pool, beach and breakfast were awesome. Overall, the staff was very friendly. The offered activities for the lagoon were nice but the placement of the buildings meant that ther was little wind, making things like windsurfing and Hobie cat very difficult/boring. It is unfortunate that we cannot use this sports equipment in the ocean itself. The concierge was often absent. The room was very nice, modern and clean. The pool and the proximity of the beach were awesome. Overall, the staff was very friendly, however the concierge was often absent, which was a bit annoying.
The offered activities for the lagoon were nice but the placement of the buildings meant that there was little wind, making things like windsurfing and Hobie cat very difficult/boring. It is unfortunate that we cannot use this sports equipment in the ocean itself.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, good food of good quality and a wonderful selection. The fact that the fitness center was open 24 hours was also very convenient.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you take a metered taxi to the hotel from the airport, get the name and number of your taxi driver and his company. You can call him/her later to request transportation if you plan to leave the laguna area. We did this to get a ride to Kata Beach, which only cost $400 bhatt. In comparison, we had to take a local (non-metered) taxi back to the hotel from Kata and that cost us $800 bhatt.
