smooth and the room was clean. I like the location and the spa next door is very relaxing.
Nightlife Tip:
A local bar called Snehaa is near by...very good location to walk around the old City area.

This hotel is in good area and location in town. You might go eating at Raya restaurant in 5 minutes and at night you go to popular club Gor tor mor pub easy. The price of this hotel is appropriated. However, it is difficute to go to beaches. You need to go by car. I suggest you to rent a car.

Huge room with breakfast. Very good value.
Size, location (Phuket city center), ease of transport (we rented a motorbike right at the cafe downstairs)

There are not many reasons to pass through Puket Town but waiting a connection to beaches or business. By the way if you have a reason to do it, stop at this hotel, is absolutely at highre level than its price. You will receive four stars service at low money charging. Rooms are spacious, well designed, clean and provided of any tools. Water and coffee/tea set are complimentary. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms have a/c and big windows. Breakfast buffet was good. I have travelled many places in Thai, and Sino House is one of the best, at small cost. I'm very satisfied.

The breakfast is soso. Besides, in bathroom, it took too long time for the hot water.

Our room was lovely and clean. Lovely high ceilings make you forget that you are in a hotel. Show your room key at the spa next door and get 50% off your treatment.

Nice and basic place to stay.
8.3
Just stayed here as we wanted a cheap place to stay as our flight got in late and we were taking the ferry the next day. Staff were very friendly. Decor in our room was tasteful. Breakfast was basic but a bit lacking - but then again it is a relatively cheap hotel. Water pressure was good and the facilities were quite clean.

Neutral location, huge rooms
Spacious rooms, very clean, neutral location so central to everywhere (about 30mins to any destination within Phuket)

We got married in Phuket and decided that all of our families would stay at this hotel. Upon deciding this, we checked with the hotel how many rooms were on each floor as we wanted to book out 1 floor for each side of the family. We were advised that 6 deluxe rooms and 4 suites made up one whole floor, so both sides of the families booked 10 rooms made up of 6 deluxe and 4 suites expecting to be given two separate floors, however upon reaching the hotel, I was advised that our rooms were scattered all over the room. We were staying for upto 7 days, and I spent about 2 hours each day discussing with the hotel what room the new guest arriving was assigned to. The girls were very sweet, however have clearly not been trained to resolve any issues, and are completely lacking the language skills to be able to manage guest issues (I only speak from my personal experience). I think this hotel is great for people who know where they want to travel around Phuket and how etc, but I would not recommend it to large groups unless you receive confirmation for EVERYTHING before hand.
I was quite disappointed with the whole mess that was created, no doubt due to language barriers and miscommunication from and to both sides, however a hotel should that takes on such large bookings should be capable of dealing with all issues relating to those bookings. I repeat, this is only my personal opinion! The hotel itself was gorgeous, spacious, VERY clean, the staff minus the language barrier were very sweet and were very helpful for as much as they were able to control:)
**There were also not enough adapters and the iron was unavailable as it was in repair for the whole 7 days that we were there.

Perfect location in Phuket town
Looking old from the outside but very classic inside
7.3
We did not expect much about this hotel when we made the booking. We just wanted a hotel for one night in Phuket town. The building looked very old from the outside but when you walked in, it gave you a classic feeling.
The room was well maintained although the shower drain was very slow and air-con was too loud. I also loved the wallpaper in my room.
However, if you are not a smoker, be sure you request non-smoking room upon booking. I forgot to request and walked into a room with bad cigarette smell. I had to ask the housekeeper to spray the room several times and the smell was still very strong.
Breakfast was OK. Not many choices of food but you get to eat on the roof top looking at the view of Phuket town and nearby hills.
The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to night market and Thalang Road where there are still nice old buildings for you to take photos. There are some cool cafe and restaurants to chill out too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is just a walking distance to old Thalang road and night market as well as the famous local Restaurant "Raya". Be careful as food at Raya is very expensive although it is just average taste.
