Hotel Feature Tip:
1 the taxi to the shopping center is 200 thb, but you can walk actually, it is only 10 min away
2 when you get out of the street of your hotel, turn left, around 3 blocks away you will see a resto with aircome ( I think it belongs to a hotel), they have very good food, and cheapest of all resto we tried in Phuket
The massage downstairs is very good, particulary the Thai massage, I tried also oil and aloe vera, but just so so comparing to thai massage

Love the thai deco at the reception. Really sets the mood for the holiday. Room size was generous, despite adding the extra bed. We had our room upgraded to the suite. There were only 6 suites on level 6. Quiet...
Breakfast options were not many but were sufficient. Excellent eggs preparation - sunny side up and plain omelette perfectly done. For those with heavier appetite in the morning, there is noodle or sometimes rice, with a few buffet dish choices.
24 hour family mart located just beside the hotel. Excellent for basic needs. A few Massage parlor located along side. Best deal is the 1 located right opposite the reception area.
Yes, the tuk tuk service is free if traveling out of the hotel to Patong, shopping malls etc... Do note that it's a standard 200 bath for the ride back on any commercial tuk tuk.
Truly enjoy my stay at this hotel..
Shopping Tip:
Best bargains are located on smaller streets in Patong. Do note that if the traders asked us to counter offer from their opening prices, be prepared for possible embarrassment from them when their profit margin are squeezed. Saw some families being jeered by the peddlers when the bargains were impossible to meet. No longer as friendly as yester years. However, on all bargains, the rule of the thumb is to counter offer at a min of 50% ...

The stay was pleasant and the hotel was located in good place , near to shopping mall and it also offers a tuk-tuk service which is free of cost to go to Pa-tong area. The hotewl also has good breakfast , but need to have Halal food also(as of now staff doesn't know whether its halal or not even though there was a Muslim staff). Over all the experience was too nice :D and enjoyed the stay with family

this is clean and quiet hotel which located at the other side of joncelon. but the enviorment is not so good.
the breakfast is quite good about the quality and service.they will add food for new comers even it's at the close time.
but it's too expensive to book the activity at hotel, much higher than market price. got some bad experience there. the clerk provided fake information to get higher price.
reminder: they will provide the tutu pick up service if you go to downtown area.
so the quick summary: room is clean; breakfast is good; tutu service; no activity booking there.
Shopping Tip:
it's nearby Joncelon, but not at the downtown of Patong. So pls come to other side for meal and fun.

We had quite a little time to organize some thing in Phukets and the staff has been efficient to organize for us.

We walk into a hotel the receptionist wasnt approachable. Either do not understand or thats what she is. That immediately spoil our mood and stay. The room water wasnt running well and we had to go the 2nd floor for our bath. I say no more because nothing is going to be pleasant.
