A new little gem between Kata Noi & Kata
Near to beaches, nice restaurants nearby and lited pool at night

it was surprisingly very good. the hotel was new. it's about 15 mins stroll to Kata Noi, 10 mins to Kata (go to Kata Noi - there are too many people at Kata). nice restaurants & bars nearby, as well as massage places (from average cost to luxury). some convenience stores around as well. for our bathroom, take note there's only 3 sliding wooden panels to cover it from the bedroom (not sound proof). they give you 2 sets of towels most probably 1 for the beach, 1 for the bathroom. they also refresh the fridge daily if you grab the beer can, 2 bottles of water, and a packet of juice. also, the pool floor lights up at night!

Almost impressive

I feel almost impressive with this hotel. The room is comfortable, clean but except the room's floor that we found it stingy. The Wi-Fi was poor since hotel used only one router share all rooms in hotel. Nice swimming pool, hotel upgraded the room for us from garden view to pool view which is great. Overall hotel looks modern and new. If you looking for new hotel, I recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant stay
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, very comfortable room, and a delicious complimentary breakfast.

I will gladly return to stay at this hotel on my next trip to Phuket. I had a thoroughly pleasant five nights here. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The hotel is nicely furnished on a nautical theme and the rooms are quite comfortable.

We had a great stay. The hotel was really new & we love the marina theme. The room was clean & adequate, with a tub, a balcony, huge high bed, tv, sofa, dressing table, hair dryer, toiletries including toothbrush (which we didn't expect of a 3star hotel) everything u need. They even provide u a bag ( recycling bag kinda) which could be used at the beach. That's really thoughtful. It is not located on the beach but its perfect for us. kata beach (5mins) & kata noi beach (15mins) are within walkable distance. But the walk to kata noi was quite tiring, upslope & a really steep flight of stairs. We rented a bike so it's easy for us to explore further at kata center & karon. But because the hotel is situated on a steep slope, riding back to the hotel was rather challenging. We parked at the row of shops beside the hotel instead.
