Great location, great hotel
Location, pool and access to the beach and city.

We really enjoy the Sugar Palm. We have stayed there several times before. The only negatives for us is the poor internet. The internet is basically unusable. And the ongoing construction. The construction has been going on for over a year now spanning two of our visits. Get used to the sound of drilling, banging and sawing. It's all you will hear for the duration of your stay.

The hotel is very close to the Kata beach!
Free Wifi is easy to use in the whole hotel area, swimming pool is just downstair, and staff is nice even some of them could not speak English.

Quiet and nice for a family including elderly and young children, It is only 5 minute away from Kata beach. Nice to stay there for holiday!
