Very nice hotel with a wellness spa beautiful apartments. Service OK.

Orientation is clearly wellness. (Customers come from nearby hotels) Hotel operating somewhat bumpy. English language skills leave something to be desired.

The ambience is first class. The area is a wellness spa experience. (Prices are slightly higher, but also what is needed) The Hotelbertrieb goes slightly below. Service in the restaurant and the pool could be better. (Persoal if present, however, is always keen and friendly). All in all, the visit was an experience even if in "Hotel" some improvements would be needed.
