a nice view from the room terrace and pool, nice breakfast, tranquility, perfect massage in the room to an extent that you do not want to spend time away from the hotel. location is far from the beaches and everythingelse, too much humidity in the room due to the steam room in the villa. overall we had a relaxing and spoiling time.The staff was realy friendly and kind.Arranged cars for us for free for to the nearest shopping center outside the free shutle service times.

Very nice hotel with a wellness spa beautiful apartments. Service OK. Orientation is clearly wellness. (Customers come from nearby hotels) Hotel operating somewhat bumpy. English language skills leave something to be desired. The ambience is first class. The area is a wellness spa experience. (Prices are slightly higher, but also what is needed) The Hotelbertrieb goes slightly below. Service in the restaurant and the pool could be better. (Persoal if present, however, is always keen and friendly). All in all, the visit was an experience even if in "Hotel" some improvements would be needed.
